I am very pleased with Yay! I was very unhappy with Jumio the company that does their verifications. If they had a different way of doing their verifications they’d be perfect! Their customer service is very responsive and somewhat as helpful as they can be. They just kept sending me the same form letter about the redemption process but, it’s just because they can’t do anything about it. Which sucks! So… other than the verification process they are cool!

Redeeming was a bit of a process but it was in my account after a few bussiness days.
I thought that my account had been verified with Yay Casino until I went and tried to redeem and then it popped up "Verify Account" the verification process started on 8/22/2025 today is 8/29/2025 and my account still hasn't been verified, being a fan of online gaming for the past few years I know it doesn't take no more than 48hrs to verify an account, hell I've gotten my account verified in a matter of minutes on other sites so at this point I'm rethinking the decision that I made to ever sign up with them cause games are being played with their customer service team and they know that I'm trying to redeem my winnings and their prolonging the verification process in hopes that I'll go back and lose everything that I've won, not gonna happen!
