criminals my payment was not delivery
criminals my payment was not delivery, however after contacting coinforensic.com. I received part of payment after investigation was done.

Reviewers express significant concerns about XMR.co, labeling it a scam and accusing it of criminal activity. Many customers report failed transactions, stating they exchanged Bitcoin for Monero but never received their XMR, with no communication from the company. Complaints about lack of support and responsiveness are prevalent, with several users feeling frustrated after multiple attempts to reach out. However, a couple of positive reviews highlight that the exchange works as advertised for some users, albeit with slightly higher fees. One reviewer mentions that customer support can be helpful if contacted through alternative channels like Wickr. Despite these isolated positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment is negative, with a strong warning against using the service. Overall, XMR.co faces serious trust issues among its users.

The currency of criminals, and their MO follows the same path. Monero seems to be one of those "love it or hate it" things, and i personally hate it.

It's a SCAM, their service doesn't work, support doesn't answer. I will report them to the police for stealing my clients' cryptos.
Loaded btc in last week and got nothing out. can't reach anyone. tried reaching out in every way that I can and no response. Please respond!
I sent in 1.5 BTC (About $13,620 USD) and received back 216.34 XMR (Around $13,558 USD) Other than slightly higher fee than some other exchanges, the xmr exchange worked fine and instant after a confirmation
They are nice guys, that solve issues, if any. They have issues responding to emails, but you can reach them on wickr.
