Scam. Tried exhanging btc for xmr but never recieved the xmr, no contact on either wickr or email. Do not use.

This is a SCAM!!!! I've attempted to exchange BTC and never received XMR or refund. No communication from the people running the exchange at all! DO NOT USE THEM! I've sent about 15 emails to them with no response.

The currency of criminals, and their MO follows the same path. Monero seems to be one of those "love it or hate it" things, and i personally hate it.

It's a SCAM, their service doesn't work, support doesn't answer. I will report them to the police for stealing my clients' cryptos.

Loaded btc in last week and got nothing out. can't reach anyone. tried reaching out in every way that I can and no response. Please respond!

I sent in 1.5 BTC (About $13,620 USD) and received back 216.34 XMR (Around $13,558 USD) Other than slightly higher fee than some other exchanges, the xmr exchange worked fine and instant after a confirmation

They are nice guys, that solve issues, if any. They have issues responding to emails, but you can reach them on wickr.
