This is by far the most incompetent web hosting company I have ever worked with. They will randomly block/ban IP addresses without any warning or reasoning. Blatantly give you a reason without any logs to back it up. Random server and SQL crashes are almost daily and by the time you get in touch with support the server would be up and they will act like nothing happened telling you that the server has been fine the whole time. Deployment and permission issues are a must for every type of website you will try and make. You need to get in touch with live support or make a ticket for any kind of web app you might want to install. You are better of hosting your website on your laptop at home.
5 days and hosting account is still not set up tickets closed that are awaiting answers for relevant departments not a very good first impression Overzealous fraud system even thought paypal paid invoice it was refunded as fraud all £3 of it

This is a terrible company. I was waiting over 20 days for a website to go live. Turns out they didn't action a domain name transfer and then after 8000 files were uploaded they lost them. I would seriously consider giving this company a miss. I now have over $8000 in lost revenue because of them.
Not overly impressed. Support available via LIVE CHAT which doesnt always work well and disconnects often. I believe their support is based in India. They could do with improving their support ticket system. Be careful allowing them acess to your server. Very good on downtime.
