You charged me $65 USD “$1,300 MXN”, additionally when the courier company arrived with my package, supposedly because this was for taxes. You should it charged since the beginning and not hiding fees to be paid after and at the end of the delivery
Es la segunda vez que compro, el producto se correspondía perfectamente con lo que aparecía en la página web, y es muy intuitiva. Las zapatillas son de gran calidad. Lo único negativo es que utilicé UPS para el envío y a pesar de estar en la dirección de entrega dijeron que no habían podido entregarlo.

Totally disappointed, the boxes we’re damaged, ripped and open. I only received one shoe, the other shoe is missing and nowhere to be found, I waited 1-2 long months for it to arrive in this condition. This makes me really disappointed!!

I loved the sneakers I purchased. Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately , both pairs were too small. You don’t have the next size up in one pair and I will purchase the woman’s campos in the next size up. They are beautiful and well made. However, I found the return instructions a little unclear, particularly the part about how to enclose the return note. Anyway, I will purchase a new pair of woman’s campos in the correct size

Der Support war jedoch hervorragend: Zuerst wurde mir die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten angeboten, später durfte ich die Schuhe kostenfrei retournieren und mir ein neues Paar im gleichen Wert aussuchen, das mir ohne Zusatzkosten zugestellt wurde. Alles verlief unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich – absolut top Service!
