Were initially helpful and arranged delivery fairly quickly. They sourced some other materials I didn't find on their website. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing, messaged to ask if they'd be able to take it back obviously at my cost. No reply. Then found out they'd overcharged me for the materials anyway. Shame as I would have been a returning customer.
