I resold some extra tickets through their website. The tickets are sold already, but after two months, I haven't received my payment. Customer service keeps telling me to contact my bank, but my bank says they never received a transfer from them. All the "proof" from Ticketmaster looks sketchy, and my bank says they are not sure it's legit. Scam!

Ich habe drei Tickets für Imagine Dragons gekauft. Zwei davon sollten Gangplätze sein, wofür ich extra bezahlt habe. Leider waren es keine, da sich direkt neben uns eine dreckige Glaswand befand. Dazu war ein Platz noch mit einer krassen Sichtbehinderung, was für den Preis absolut unzulässig ist. Ich rate dringend davon ab, über diese Plattform Tickets zu kaufen oder mindestens nichts extra zu bezahlen für den Service, den es nicht gibt. Sehr enttäuschend. Info für alle: PGE Narodowy, Trybuna Gorna, G37, Row 22, Seat 263 & 264 sind keine Gangplätze!!! Videobeweise liegen vor.
Awful service. Ticketmaster causes more problems than it solves. Ukrainian phone numbers can’t receive verification codes — it’s impossible to log in without a foreign number. Tickets bought on desktop don’t sync with mobile. The app isn’t even available in Ukraine. Even the ticket transfer system doesn’t work properly. I sent a transfer to my girlfriend — she saw the tickets in her account, but after refreshing the page they disappeared. Now we have no idea how she’s supposed to attend the event. Ticketmaster is a frustrating, technically broken service that shows zero respect for users outside a few select countries.
Świetny koncert i łatwy zakup biletów
Excellent support service. I supposed to fly to Poland for a concert, but unfortunately it got cancelled. I didn't have a chance to wait for the new dates so I requested a refund. I was refunded within a week and the support service (Magda) was very kind, helpful and available through our the process. Really appreciate it. Thanks!

Zakupiliśmy bilety na koncert , który miał się odbyć w plenerze a odbył się nie wiadomo z jakiego powodu w ciasnym "klubie" . Nie na to się pisaliśmy . Nie było opcji zwrotu biletu - zmieniono warunki umowy zawartej wcześniej w momencie kupna. Nawet zespół nie wiedział dlaczego występuję w takim miejscu i nie był zadowolony z tego powodu. Oczywiście gwiazda wieczoru The Cult dała z siebie wszystko i tylko dlatego można uznać że nie była to totalna porażka. Zatłoczony mały klub z sceną z filarami zasłaniającymi części widowni wydarzenie to chyba nie miejsce na koncert zespołu tego formatu. Co do The Cult - było dobrze i mam nadzieje że zobaczę ich jeszcze w innym miejscu.

Sprzedają numerowane bilety na miejsca... które nie istnieją w rzeczywistości. Wina zrzucona na organizatora.

Pomimo trudności i ograniczeń, Pani Maria pomogła mi w wymianie miejsc na koncert Kendricka Lamara i SZA, dzięki czemu mogę teraz cieszyć się wydarzeniem razem ze znajomymi. Najgorsza platforma do kupowania biletów. Jak widzę że artysta sprzedaje bilety na koncert przez tą platformę to już wiem że ich nie kupię bo ceny będą wy***ane w kosmos. NIE POLECAM
