The instructions and support given to following the requirements of the exam process was clear and easy to understand
I was able to communicate with the invigilator swiftly.
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely Rupesh for the incredible training sessions conducted. Your depth of knowledge, engaging delivery, and patient guidance made a lasting impact. You not only simplified complex topics but also inspired us to think critically and apply what we learned with confidence. Your dedication and enthusiasm were truly motivating, and it’s clear that you put genuine effort into making each session valuable and interactive. I am grateful for the time and energy you invested in my growth. Looking forward to more insightful sessions ahead. Thank you once again for being such a fantastic trainer! Before I submit the final review, I need to call attention to a serious issue. It is imperative that the support team significantly improve their service standards. During the session, I was not receiving messages as expected, which disrupted the flow and effectiveness of the experience. If it weren’t for Geetha ji stepping in to assist, the situation would have been far more difficult to manage. This kind of lapse is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the team to take immediate steps to address and rectify these shortcomings. Regards Avnish Sharma training session 22-24th and 30-31st August 2025

Very well guided and explained the process prior to exam.
I did the AgilePM Pratictioner exam and the whole experience with The Knowledge Academy, since from the course until the exam was phenomenal! I do recommend them!

Kush delivered a truly smooth and hassle-free experience, handling everything with efficiency and care. He didn’t just meet expectations—he exceeded them by offering thoughtful advice and guidance across all the courses. His proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility made a real difference.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with The Knowledge Academy during the Agile Project Management – Foundation training that I enrolled in, scheduled for 26th – 28th August 2025. When I signed up, the course was advertised and confirmed as a 3-day programme. However, during the training, we were suddenly informed by the trainer that the course had been shortened to 2 days due to the Monday bank holiday. This explanation was completely unacceptable. Bank holidays are well known in advance, and any competent scheduling or planning team should have factored this in when setting the course dates. I had links provided for sessions running Tuesday to Thursday, yet by Thursday the group had already moved on to the Practitioner level – which was irrelevant to me as I was only enrolled in the Foundation course. This meant that I effectively lost one full day of teaching and learning. As a direct result, my preparation for the exam has been compromised, leaving me to study on my own to make up for the missed content. To make matters worse, when I raised this with customer service, the response I received was blunt and dismissive. I was told that the course had been delivered within 2 days, and therefore nothing further would be done. This is wholly unprofessional. I paid for a 3-day course as advertised, yet only received 2 days, with no compensation or resolution offered. This practice feels highly misleading and borders on false advertising. The course is being promoted as a 3-day programme, but in reality, participants are given less. If this is standard practice, then The Knowledge Academy is clearly misrepresenting its services. This is a valid reason to escalate the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), as consumers are not receiving what they are promised. The only positive aspect was the trainer, Kay, who was knowledgeable and supportive. Unfortunately, even with a good trainer, the rushed delivery and reduced timeframe meant the value of the course was severely diminished. Overall, my experience was extremely unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking courses with The Knowledge Academy, as what is advertised may not be what you actually receive.
What is going on with Knowledge Academy? They promised to deliver a TOGAF course at an agreed price. Once I paid, they told me they couldn’t provide the course and that I would be refunded. It has now been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. During this time, my emails have gone unanswered. I had to call several times, and only managed to get through occasionally. On one call, I spoke with someone named Sam and asked to be connected with Alexandra R., the account manager who originally promised and sold me the course. Sam kept me waiting, saying Alexandra was busy but would reply to my email that evening. However, when I followed up by email the next day, Alexandra claimed she never received any call. This left me wondering—am I being scammed? Later, I received an email stating that I would be refunded around September 20th. Considering I paid on August 13th, that means waiting over a month to get my money back. With today’s instant payment methods, this delay feels unacceptable. As of now, I am still waiting for my refund. (I will definitely put another comment if we manage to settle this amicably).
I've just taken Ashish Ahuja's Product Management course. He's an excellent trainer - tailoring the course to the interests, abilities and prior knowledge of all of the participants. The course itself was extensive and covered everything I wanted to know. Ashish peppered the day with lots of relevant real-world examples, as well as engaging exercises.
I’ve not completed the courses so this is a review about the service, which is first class from the initial enquiry to the follow up support. The advisors really do make an effort, well trained on the courses available and empowered to genuinely help.
Really unhappy with the service, purchased the course, couldn't speak to my account manager. Before the course started was getting so many emails to get in touch and discuss any training possibilities, once we purchased the training I couldn't get any information needed out of anybody. My account manager didn't reply to my several emails, didn't answer the phone, the phone number on the website - nobody answered either. Don't recommend it.
Thank you Mr.Asish for making the Product Mangement Training as a more lively and interesting with more examples of realtime problems and products in market. Thank you Knowledge Academy. All the Best Guys!
