Outstanding Service, Immaculate Tailoring, and Feedback for Enhancements
I really appreciate your excellent service, the fantastic online designer tool, the immaculate tailoring, and especially the after-sales support — it’s been a truly great experience overall. The polo shirts and chinos have turned out really well after a few adjustments. I just have a couple of humble suggestions that might help make them even better: • Polo Shirts: The fabric choices are quite limited, and the current fabric quality doesn’t hold up well after a couple of washes. Also, it would be great to have some collar design options — the current collar leaf and band height feel a little low, and I personally prefer a taller collar for a fuller look. • Chinos: The only thing I felt was missing is a hook-and-eye closure at the waistband, which usually gives a more polished finish. For shirts, the quality of fabrics, the wide range of choices in the online designer for each detail, and the excellent tailoring have all been impressive. One area I feel could be improved is the packaging. The previous blue packaging had a sense of quality and class that matched the image of a custom designer tailoring provider like you. Unfortunately, the current brown packaging doesn’t reflect that same premium feel. These are just small ideas to help improve what is already an excellent product and service. I’d be happy to keep coming back for more as you continue to refine the options.
