We wanted to sell Rugby tickets so we listed them. There was a mistake made with the seat number, so we cancelled the sale. Stubhub then charged us the full amount that we had listed the ticket for. They won't give us back this money with the reason being 'it is company policy'.
Event date changed. They won’t allow a refund option and I am unable to sell the ticket because you are required to have a British bank account with PayPal and I live in the United States so that is not possible. Will never do business with them again.
I was very sceptical buying tickets from them due to the mixed reviews. I decided to take a chance and bought a ticket for a Saturday night to see Coldplay at Wembley Stadium. I paid £300 (with fees) for an incredible seat that came part as a gold Bobby Moore package that included free drinks, food and other perks like a goody bag. I know the package is worth a lot more than what I paid for so I was thrilled. The tickets arrived with plenty of time and scanned in perfectly. I had such a positive experience that I would use them again. I do feel I got a really great bargain for the ticket package I received.
Was skeptical as the tickets were £40 cheaper than face value. I have never used Stubhub before. However bought them and got the tickets the same day. Went to the concert and got through with no issues! Highly recommend!!

Worst experience ever purchase tickets for a football game in June. My daughter flew in for the game. The day of the game tickets were not downloaded since StubHub three conversations. It was not resolved till 30 minutes before the game. Customer service was terrible. The whole process was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never use StubHub again
I always trust Stub Hub for tickets to see my favourite teams or bands. This time was no exception, when travelling internationally and I was able to get a ticket to see Cold Play perform at Wembley Stadium last minute. Bucket list goal complete!! Thanks Stub Hub!!!! 🎉
C'était une excellente expérience avec Stubhub. Site fiable et très simple. Toutes les informations ont été transmises comme indiquées. Le seul point négatif concerne les frais supplémentaires relativement onéreux mais c'est un choix que l'on peut accepter quand on a pas d'autres solution. On repassera surement pas ce site.
I purchased two tickets for the arsenal vs Leeds EPL game and could not have had a better experience with stub hub. I purchased two seats next to each other and received my tickets about a week before the game with no issues. The seller was incredibly responsive and communicative (provided phone number etc) and even provided access to his arsenal membership accounts so we could verify the tickets. Although the tickets were relatively expensive - $450AUD each - they were worth every dollar and so much more. Would certainly use stubhub again to attend an EPL match.
Not having used StubHub before, and reading very mixed reviews, I took the gamble and purchased ColdPlay tickets. The trader was 100%, within minutes of purchase I received an email from Ticketmaster to download the tickets. Purchased tickets at 3pm, sitting in my seat at 7pm…..fabulous!!
Much easier to use than other sites, it was clear to find concert, venue dates & then choose the seats. Transaction went through easily & tickets were emailed over straight away
