Excellent customer service from Sophie, she answered our questions, provided guidance. She was not pushy, told us to take our time that she understood it was for a very special occasion and we were buying for groom and two best men. Her manager supported her decisions and made us feel welcome too.

I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service my family received on Saturday 23rd August at your store at the South Normanton outlet. We had such a positive experience I just wanted to pass on my appreciation. My nephew is autistic and finds going into busy shops a daunting experience. The lady that looked after us was so compassionate and helpful to ensure my nephew had the best possible experience. It did bring a tear to our eyes that someone truly appreciated the situation we were in and my nephew now has a very smart suit. Well done and thank you.

Had a few weddings recently so have been in and out of their shops and bought things online. Easy to buy and return if not right. Will do here again.

After visiting the White Rose store in Leeds and been left underwhelmed by the staff there it was lovely to visit the Castleford store and be treated so well. Shellie was a great help and got me sorted with the perfect suit for my wedding within 30 minutes nothing was to much trouble for her.
