My experience with ScopeHost has been negative ever since I became its customer many years ago, and it has cost me a lot of money, in particular with regard to a website design it committed itself to work on, before proving it had no capacity to do the job many months after its commitment. I currently feel trapped, it particular with regard to a supposedly undue payment for the year 2022, right after I paid the dues of 2023. After paying that "undue" bill, I intend to request an urgent meeting to request an amicable separation so that I can continue receiving the services I need with another, more friendly service supplier.

Having worked with ScopeHost on more than one occasion, I have always found their service to be swift, professional, and helpful. Their products bridge the gap between world-class service and affordability, and I would definitely recommend them to someone looking to give them a try.
When online experts recommend you reach out to them, sometimes that is very much true. I tried taking matters into my unexperienced hands after having email deliverability issues across our domain emails. My attempts made matters worse. Emails went from being flagged as spam to not receiving inbound mail. at. all. In any server. Default or not. I spent ~five days, a couple hours a day, trying to fix it myself. Five days without having a workable business email! Finally, I reached out to ScopeHost for help. ScopeHost resolved the issue in two days. They responded to the initial ticket with 7 minutes. Definitely impressive. At first, the initial responders tried to reset what I had done but the problem persisted. The issue was then moved up the chain. Another individual took the lead in troubleshooting. Multiple attempts were made but at no avail. Apparently, I made a mess. Another department member was consulted and that did the trick. As this review is being made 30 minutes after the emails are back to normal, email deliverability checks errors are still showing on the server side. Hey, at least it works. If they are not worried, then I am not. ScopeHost will be the first person I contact if another problem appears. Both service agents were gentle and patient throughout the couple hours working directly with me on my computer. They probably spent even more time behind-the-scenes. Admittedly, privacy protection policies that I expect from an IT company were not communicated. Especially, when granting remote access to your computer and what needs to be done at each step. I was careful, initiating the inquiries on what was being done. Such client privacy protections initiated from the service provider side would engender more trust in them. Overall, the problem was resolved with great client services. Thank you ScopeHost for your patience, persistence, and support.
The service is fast and efficient but please fix the communication sector I ended up sending multiple emails trying to reply to multiple emails received from different sectors.
Your Service is good but i don't like to be given work while i have instructed you to do a job for me. ANSWERS AND QUESTIONS ARE NOT PART OF WHAT WE PAID YOU FOR, MINE IS TO RECEIVE A COMPLETE SERVICE, AND MAKE CHANGES IF IT NEEDS BE.
I am very glad about the service that i get from the company, im experience the best service ever from ScopeHost since i started working with hosting companies. It just take them less than 5 minutes to set up a new account for customers so you can see how fast they are with their services. What i like the most is the support you get from them for any inquiries that you may have and the reply promptly. So i really rate this so far
