Remote IT support needed, then use Quantum Consultancy Services

I would definitely recommend Riley if you have a need for remote IT support. He was quick to respond (unlike my computer), knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He even gave me a few tips to help me in the future. Truly grateful for the help he gave and his patience whilst sorting.

Riley is my go-to person for IT…

Riley is my go-to person for any IT issues I have, and I have had a lot! He is also quick to drop everything and help me and he solves my issues very quickly. He is patient and understanding and explains my computer issues in a way that I can understand them. I highly recommend Riley!

Having worked with Riley for almost a year now, I would definitely recommend QCS. Riley is always helpful and professional and delivers on time and to budget. Martin knows his stuff!! Proffessional, friendly and motivated.

I have spent so much money in the past on websites and have not had the ongoing support I have with Martin. His prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. Martin constantly improves my website and is on the ball. Nothing is too much trouble and that leaves me with peace of mind and I can get on with my job.

Very happy customer

I'm really pleased with the service I have received so far. We had a slow start, but once things started rolling and coming together, everything was done to a high standard. The reason why I have only given 4 stars is because I am yet to fully experience the full package of the service I have signed up for due to only signing up a month ago. But I am confident that I will still be happy once everything kicks in. Martin is very accommodating and extremely helpful. When I do not understand something, he is more than willing to explain or take on that task for me even when its not expected.

impressed with the service

I am impressed with the service. In terms of cost vs benefit then Quantum CS are still very much ahead on the benefits. Honestly i havent had a chance to use all of the web editing services provided so can't comment on ease of use or how effective that is but so far very good.

Excellent Service

Martin assists you in a patient and calm manner. His knowledge and expertise is second to none which he uses to explain to you how to do things. He will advise but also assist you to create whatever it is you are trying to achieve. I would definitely recommend QCS to aid resolution of any issues you have.

Excellent service

Would recommend without hesitation. I am a complete novice when it comes to websites, and Riley's patient and simple explantations to help me get started with managing the website he redeveloped for me were brilliant. I was very happy with the site that Riley produced and I know that if I have any queries or problems with keeping it updated/managed I can contact him and things will be sorted promptly. Very customer focused.

Quality high class service - Highly recommended.

After having a bad experience with a pervious host, I was searching for someone who could design and host my website, I got in touch with QCS and straight away all my needs was met & exceeded my expectations. To start of with I needed my website to be built and on-line within six days, it was done in 5, was kept in formed all the way. QCS also have a social media platform which allows me to multitask my social media which allows me to post things on different platforms all at the same time saves me time and money and stress to do everything all in one place and schedule the posts. Great support for any questions, QCS also setup my hosted email, and sorted out my domain issues which I had with previous company.

Excellent service

QCS are focused on delivering excellent customer service. They rebuilt my website to give it a more professional feel, host it and provide technical support whenever it's needed. Martin responds quickly to queries and provides helpful advice; always going above and beyond. QCS also support my business on social media, helping to expand my social presence.
