This company is a rip off . Had a company debt when 19 yrs ago . On a pension now these thieves dobt give a toss . Opting for ombudsman intervention in the next few weeks these a holes never answer a call

Had a debt and was harassed by this company went into an instalment plan for a certain amount on two occasions they over charged me the last one on my last payment when I asked for a reimbursement they person totally ghosted me no reply to emails or phone calls and no reimbursement a shonky company and a bunch of thieves threatened with court to pay should have opted for court if you have to deal with them seek legal counsel

One of our disability clients came to us for assistance regarding a rather unprofessional sms message they received from Casey Fletcher Professional Collection Services 07 3831 5222. Given the message content reeked of scam, we hunted online to determine if it was genuine before any payment was made. The only search result for the individual was a LinkedIn Profile - Casey Fletcher, Accounts Receivable Assistant at Professional Collection Services, created in March 2023, updated over a year ago, no photo, no connections, and no activity whatsoever. Not much came up for the company either other than some older 1/5 star reviews, and their own website which is actually rather poor with many broken links and a distinct lack of information. Five different options are offered to make a payment, however three of the links only take you back to the page you came from, and the other two take you to the same form being a Direct Debit form where you have to provide far more personal information than necessary, and the only option being for them to pull the funds from your bank account. So we advised our client to phone the number on the website 1300 799 067, not the mobile number 0427741865 or the landline 07 3831 5222 listed in the message 07 3831 5222, neither of which are listed anywhere on the website. They were greeted by comments like 'why would you think it's a scam', 'what's your problem', and 'he is on the website'. LinkedIn states the company has 11-50 employees and 26 associated members, yet the website's Meet the Team page only has three people, none of whom are Casey Fletcher. So as much as we determined it may not actually be a scam, and would therefore by default be a genuine debt collection service, their professionalism is seriously lacking and we would not recommend them to anyone for anything
