I was hacked and a large sum of money was taken out of my account and my Laptop corrupted. I turned to planb IT Services who explained the issue, showed how it happened so I knew what was going on and best of all fixed the issue and cleared all nasty links etc.. on laptop. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The information wasn't given over all "tech-like" and I was able to understand what had happened and how to avoid. With the information given I was able to converse with the bank and got the money back. Very pleased with service and would recommend to anyone, anytime. Many Thanks planb
