Having been messed around by other plumbers dealing with Pimilco Plumbers was an absolute dream. Called on Wednesday, arrived early on Friday and problem was fixed within the hour. Absolutely incredible. Would not hesitate to use again. The plumber was clean, tidy, courteous and very knowledgeable. Kept us informed of the options and quickly fixed our problem.

You''ve seen their clown van - please dont expreience their joke service - avoid at all costs. Pimlico attended for a hot water fault, fitted a part, and charged a chunky fee. The original issue stayed exactly where it was: unresolved. A return visit happened, but no fix followed. I also dispute that I gave clear, informed consent for chargeable work at that cost, because I was not given a clear estimate that I explicitly accepted before it went ahead. Customer service was a slog. We then called a different professional who fixed the original problem quickly and cheaply.

RIP off merchants! Called out to look at boiler as not heating, fitted a thermostat that we didn’t ask for or approve as we only had a new one fitted recently. The plumber didn’t even inform us he was fitting one. Boiler still didn’t work. Charged us £500!!! Turns out it was a completely different issue and a simple fix. Have pursued a refund but now customer services are ignoring me. Incompetent plumbers out for your money. Avoid at all costs!

SCAMMERS. Do not use this company. I have had numerous dealings with them over the years and can confirm none have been good. I understand this used to be a good company but now there are so many bad apples ripping vulnerable people off. For sure they have some good people working for them as they seem to get some good reviews lately. It’s just not worth the risk of your time, money and sanity to deal with them. I will continue to encourage everyone with a bad experience to express it on a platform like this so there score reduces. And they should be ashamed of them selves for ripping off vulnerable people. Disgraceful!!

I originally was offered an appointment for the next day from 8-9am and on the morning at 8am was called to say no plumber was available. I then rescheduled for two days later but received no text or email updates so called to check it was still going ahead. It was and Andrew arrived on time, gave me a call 20 mins before to let me know he'd be arriving soon, and was super professional, clear and kind. I received a report promptly which clearly explained everything done and further investigation required. 10/10 for Andrew, 7/10 for the booking process and comms around the rebooking.

I wanna thank STEVE who came today 24/01/2026 at w4 . I highly appreciate your patient &hard work today and solved the issue in our flat . We haven’t got water (cold &hot &central heating ) for few days .. We really suffered a lot in this freezing weather, Steve made our day today by returning water to the flat .. he solved the issue which the others couldn’t solt it out.. I can’t thank you enough indeed , I highly recommend Pimlico plumbers for the help and support they provide to everyone. All the best Steve and have a wonderful life. Mr Mossa.

Steve was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not only fixed a complicated issue right away but also shared welcomed advice and guidance on how to prevent it from happening again. Arrived within the hour as promised and did not add any excess charges or time. Happy with the service and will be recommending to others.

Very poor communciation. Booked a plumber to come out and advised that they would arrive before 2pm. They called just before 2pm saying that they will be late, but they will prioritise my job for first in the afternoon. I called the office at 5:20pm when the plumber had still not arrived and they said they were 30minutes away. Very disappointing service and would had appreciated being kept updated so did not have to stay in all day waiting for the plumber to arrive.

I have used this company a number of times over the past 10 years for water and electrical problems. Each occasion the work was completed to a high standard and a good price. Will use again if required

I’d arranged to have my father’s cooker disconnected. I had a call prior to arrival & the job was done quickly & efficiently.

I needed a plumber urgently up check whether a water leak being experienced in a flat below mine originated in my own bathroom. Pimlico arranged for a plumber Owen to come within an hour, he carried out a thorough check and found, to my relief, that the leak did not originate from my flat.

It’s not Pimlico Plumbers per se I like! On this occasion Lee came to see why the boiler he installed in March 2025 kept losing pressure. The problem was resolved very quickly. The boiler was then serviced. He works methodically, checks everything and is interesting to talk to. He’s very good at his job. On this occasion, it really was value for money!

Fast, efficient, tidy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and communication

Steven came just before 10 pm on a school night. I’m a bit wary of emergency servicemen as they could potentially see me as an easy target, a woman, possibly home alone, clearly limited boiler knowledge. He allowed me to videotape the work he was doing and thankfully it was a simple fix. He was able to stop the leak and add a temporary fix, all whilst clearly explaining to me what he was doing and why. He tidied up and was very polite. All in all I’m very pleased.

I’ve had such good experiences with Pimlico, ok they may not be the cheapest but they get there same day, they assess and deal with the situation properly, and there is crucially no judgement! A hearty recommendation from me.

Over charge for doing nothing. I used 3 , 4 times over 2-3 years for the same place. It proved they did not do the job properly. Explained what need to be done beforehand was no use. Very inefficient way to organise and work(not work) avoid them at any cost

Lucas came to fix our toilet which was not flushing. He was extremely efficient and resolved the source of the issue. He took the time to explain this to ensure it would not reoccur in future and if it did, how we could fix ourselves. I would highly recommend Lucas, and Pimlico plumbers in general for the friendly, efficient and high quality service

Turned up on time - diagnosed the job - did it. Nice friendly guy
