Very bad service

Very bad service, unresponsive customer service, and very bad VPS. I had regular hosting, then they asked to upgrade to VPS, even though my hosting was working, but they are taking advantage of the fact that they have your files, so they ask for money through the upgrade.Very bad service, unresponsive customer service, and very bad VPS.
