i am very happy with my dress. I got the Zelda Side Slit Velvet Sequin Gown - Royal Blue, It looks exactly like the picture and the material is very nice and feels nice. I was afraid that this site was a scam, as I did see some bad reviews, though when it came I was super happy with it and would buy from here again.
The dispatch was exactly the length of time they mentioned in their shipping terms, which was two weeks and arrived 2 days after the email i received of its dispatch date.
Strap was not finished to stop it from freying. Lasted 30 minutes from the time it was put on and strap pulled through the stitching! The reply from Noodz is that they do not cover damage from being worn! Looks good at first glance but lots of corners cut!
If you are thinking about ordering from here, just don't. I paid over $300 for a maxi dress, it arrived quickly, stuffed into the tiniest little bag, and the quality was bad. Really cheap fabric. I asked for a refund and they said I could only get store credit! Why... because I used a promo voucher which they had offered me when buying as a first time customer for a lousy 10% off. After battling back and forth with horrible customer service it went to 50% store credit to finally a full refund minus their handling fees. Very rude correspondence along the way.
Do not buy from this business! Garments are not true to size, refused a refund on a faulty garment/pattern and they have a terrible returns policy/rpocess. During the process of trying to return the garment it was insisted that I sent them photos wearing the garment. Only to then be asked for my body measurements days later (which had nothing to do with the fault) implying it was my fault because the garment did not fit properly. For the record I am over 6 foot tall with a longer than standard torso and the dress was still too long in the torso exposing my breasts. It is very evident for anyone who puts the garment on there is an issue with the pattern. This is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in an era where other businesses are offering easy, free or frictionless returns poilicies. I recommend not risking buying from this business !
I emailed and messaged Noodz Boutique as to me upcoming trip to Sydney. I gave them 2 weeks notice to view wedding dresses. They said they have no available appts. Then I get a message telling me a time, that time changed to an earlier spot. I accepted both times. They stated no makeup and deodorant. And 15 min only. I accepted
I tell them which dresses in the size. None available in those dresses. They told me to try on some other that are 2 sizes larger. I accepted. I am wanting to see if the quality of the dress was there, the shop while in Sydney and make sure I'm not sending money online for 1) a dress that doesn't exist 2) a shop that doesn't exist 3) make sure the quality is as it seems as I don't receive a sack in the post.
I now get told they can't see me at all. I contacted past clients on their site; the good and bad and it seems they are inconsistent.
They are only pushing me to buy online. The hitch- no refunds except on size, cannot change for another style. I have been very clear in my wishes on assessing the quality and prepared to pay more, however the statement of "If its too good to be true, it probably is"
Not sure if it's a new owner or not but it seems like a con.....send your money first, ask questions later. No thanks
I recently purchased a dress online from Noodz Boutique Pty Ltd. The measurements listed on the website were not the same as the product I received, and were significantly smaller than advertised.
I have returned the item in line with their return policy - no marks, with tags and within 14 days of arrival and requested a refund less appropriate postage costs. The Company has they have advised that they do not honour refunds and will only replace the item or issue a store credit.
Unfortunately, this is the largest size of this dress and opting for another size is not possible as it is not available.
I purchased my wedding dress of this site! I was a bit nervous to purchase my dress online because I didn’t want store credit if the dress didn’t suit me. I spoke to someone on the Facebook page about it and they said they’ll let me get a full refund if I don’t like the dress, so I thought “why not”
First dress had some loose thread and the company replied to me fast and allowed me to send it back for a new dress.
Shipping is great! Only 2 weeks to New Zealand and the tracking was accurate.
I’m usually a size 8, but I ordered a size 10 for my first dress because I followed the measurements online and sadly they weren’t accurate. Might not be the case for all of the other dresses, but it shouldn’t matter because Noodz allow you to swap it in for a different size as long you keep the tags on and etc.

I ordered a dress from this company, it did not fit my physique, poor quality dress with no lining and freying at the zip. Requested a refund and was refused, I had all kind of excuses as to why I couldn't have a refund, I did not like other items in tbe store so accepted a voucher begrudgingly. I sent the dress back registered post to get it there quickly. They put a 2 week date on the voucher which I did not realise due to being in the middle of a move. They won't answer the phone and have no customer service skills, now Ive lost $120/£65 plus postage due to this awful company.
I recently purchased the Florence dress in black and couldn't be more pleased. It is high quality and a great fit. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
