The vehicle we were collected in was tired and dirty, it squeaked and groaned for the trip to the marina. When we arrived, as per the advertisement the expectation was that there'd be 25 max pax. There's was more than 100, which felt chaotic and crammed. We were forced to sit with strangers despite requesting a table downstairs as it was cold out, this was disallowed. The food was mediocre at best, and more akin to feeding time at the zoo. People were shoving, cutting lines and pushing all the way, with little to no intervention from staff. Eventually once the cruise was over, we were left waiting for our driver for more than 20 mins. He did not answer calls, and we felt stranded. The service received was sub par and certainly not worth the $ spent. Much better value to take a short Abra ride and find a decent meal at a restaurant, a lot more value and similar experience.

A huge thank you to Ms. Thelma Sohail Ahmad, Nadeem, Baisan for the best time ever. On my recent trip to Dubai, the tours were well worth the money, well organized and included a full itinerary. The team clearly enjoys their job and makes sure that you enjoy yourself too. The safari tour was the highlight of my trip, followed by a wonderful birthday dinner onthe dhow cruise.They actually treated all of the people with me on the tour with kindness. I feel like I saw all of Dubai in 2 days for how detailed they were. I'm exhausted, but will be back to finish more tours. I always felt safe and it was well worth the value.

We did the Desert Safari with Saifco Travel. The guide Nawaz was great! He made the day a very special one. With his kindness and care he made everything to create a very special event. He was fantastically driving and made the extraordinary photos for us to have perfect memories. Thanks Nawaz for the great day.

We are 4 persons and booked the Private trip. We even customized our itineraries according to our own time. Our guide was knowledgeable and patient. He explained a lot, waited patiently and still remains cheerful.

Amazing experience with saifco travel & tourism specially city tour and a wonderful Dubai desert safari (lahbab location) including dinning, pick up service from the hotel,belly dance etc.ill prefer all my friends to avail this wonderful opportunity with them. Once again Thanks for your services.

If you are in for a thrill this one is a MUST! We were picked up from our hotel on time as advised . We were contacted via whatsapp and informed in details regarding the “requirements” – Either a negative PCR or vaccination card. We have both so we were good. We have a great guide , experienced and knows a lot about the city

My Friend book desert safari for me with saifco.It was great. the driver arrived 5 mins before the pick up time. it was around 45 min drive to the desert . the dune bashing was amazing. Then i drive quad bike. which was not included in my package .i paid additional aed 150 .i enjoyed sand boarding , and took photo and witness sunset in the middle of the desert. then headed toward the camp site. where i experienced camel ride. Belly dance , tanura show and fire show was awesome. Dinner was excellent. over all the tour was perfect. highly recommendable.
