White gloss kitchen doors look lovely, however the one for the integrated washing machine split it was replaced and split again within 10 months. Contacted Neff who are certain there is nothing wrong with the washing machine and no steam guard is required as with a dishwasher. Told I would have to pay again for new door. I don’t think they are fit for purpose and will be taking this further. The door adjacent to integrated washing machine has now started to split too. Shocking after such a short time.

Best kitchen

We had our Masterclass Kitchen installed approx 3 years ago and absolutely love it. The quality and workmanship is top class and everyone that visits us always give lovely comments. I would recommend Masterclass to anyone who is thinking of installing a new kitchen. I recently needed to contact Masterclass and nothing was too much trouble I was so impressed. Well done.

Our Dream Kitchen is a reality!

Our new Masterclass kitchen designed and installed by RLA Interior Design in Norwich has far exceeded our expectations and we can't recommend both Masterclass and RLA highly enough! The quality of the units is excellent and there are so many design features, such as no centre posts, that really enhance the storage capacity. Our dream kitchen is a reality!

Masterclass Kitchen

I purchased my kitchen through Re-home and I am highly satisfied with the kitchen itself and the service received from Re-home. I then decided to add to the kitchen and through Inspire kitchens and Bathrooms Olton I purchased a pullout ladder with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. I paid in full and waited. I had a fitter on a retainer penciled in for to be on the safe side 8 weeks time. During the wait I was informed the unit has to be remade a it would now be a further 6 weeks. Obviously not happy with this, I was led to believe I would be compensated for the loss of my fitter and the inconvenience caused. To this day I have received no compensation or even the touch up paints promised. So overall I would not recommend either company. UPDATE... don't be fooled by their responses. I have provided the information and no further contact has been made !!

I thought I would leave it a while…

I thought I would leave it a while before leaving my reiew in case there was any problems with any of the kitchen cbinets supplied, but I'm pleased to say that we have not had any issues at all.

Great product

Great product, excellent range of styles, colours and finishes! We have a Masterclass Kitchen and have used Masterclass products for a Media Wall and Utility room (The Hertfordshire Kitchen Company). We are delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

New kitchen is a masterclass!

New kitchen looks very impressive and more importantly it is very functional. We've had so many compliments from friends and family who have all commented on the quality of the kitchen. Highly recommend.

I used to dread opening the pantry…

I used to dread opening the pantry door, but now it’s my favorite place in the house. The clear storage containers allow me to see exactly what I have at a glance, eliminating food waste and saving me money. The labels are easy to read and add a touch of personalization. I appreciate how the system is designed to maximize space; I was able to fit in more items than I thought possible! It’s not just an organization solution; it’s a lifestyle upgrade!

Thank you to Toni in the customer service team at masterclass for all the support with replacing masterclass kitchen cupboard doors which had delaminated without any quibbles and ensured that all doors were replaced. Despite my initial disappointment on the quality of the product I cannot fault the honesty and excellent customer service to ensure that the kitchen looks great again

This is the 2nd kitchen we’ve had…

This is the 2nd kitchen we’ve had within 4 years, both Masterclass, due to our home being flooded during storm Babet, October 2023. The quality is no where near as good as our first kitchen. This is worrying considering its cost! All the finger grips have blown within weeks of been fitted, corners on the island have chipped and now have to be replaced a long with the finger grips. I’m concerned as Masterclass has a very short guarantee period. I have asked our designers to contact Masterclass to ensure our guarantee will be extended. It’s such a shame this kitchen has cost loads more than the 1st kitchen but the quality just is not there. Doors and draws are flimsy too and our walk in pantry is a disgrace it moves from side to side. I’m not impressed with the quality at all. Masterclass sort your suppliers out and STOP cutting corners!! Concentrate on making quality kitchens again! 18/8/24 still haven’t heard back from MC and still waiting for our faulty finger grips to be replaced! Apparently, the rep is aware of the faults…it’s time I was contacted by MC!

I had a problem with 2 of my kitchen doors I may add my kitchen is 10 years old I emailed Customer Service at Masterclass and they could not have been more helpful they managed to find my original invoice and track down the colour and design of my doors as I result I will soon have 2 new replacement doors great customer service I would like to thank Toni especially

So here we are in July and following on…

So here we are in July and following on from the review I posted in January, we are still awaiting a successful outcome with our masterclass kitchen. We had to pay for replacement doors as our warranty had expired ( if you hope that your kitchen will last a long time please check warranty details). So then we waited ages only to be told new faults had been found so we had to wait even longer and then when the delivery came it was incomplete and included some other poor persons items! Hopefully the delivery will be made next week and then fitting may be done before Christmas!! - and we’ll have a bill for that too! I should add that replacement doors are not identical in colour to originals so beware of trying partial replacements. ☹️

Customer service support

When our kitchen retailer, who i would not recommend, didn't include an essential part of our order Masterclass Kitchens were excellent at resolving the problem. Customer services couldn't have been more helpful and restored my faith in this product. The part was sent straight away and I am now very happy with our new kitchen. If only other companies could resolve issues as swiftly and positively as them life would be a lot less hassle.

Stunning kitchen

Just had a masterclass kitchen fitted, absolutely love the quality of the product and finish, my fitter even said they are made to high standards and said how easy was to install. I love the look of our new kitchen and have had lots of compliments on how lovely it is. We had the Hatfield Graphite range really please with the choice. Spoke to customer services regarding a replacement door the advisor was very helpful and helped resolve it, thank you

Poor after sales service

Having had my kitchen fitted 6 years ago I was initially thrilled with it. However, like someone else reviewing here, I find their after sales service poor. I too have a drawer front which has come unstuck and have had no satisfactory response from them since Feb/March 2024, despite the company who fitted the kitchen contacting Masterclass on my behalf. Apparently the kitchen has been discontinued! Yesterday, I noticed that the side panel of a wall cupboard is now doing the same thing! So what do I do? It’s extremely disappointing. My last kitchen (a different manufacturer) lasted for 15 years with only a little wear and tear on the edges of doors, but this one doesn’t look like it is as robust despite being more expensive. This must be a manufacturing problem but where does it leave us? Unlikely I would recommend this company or consider buying from them again.

We had our Masterclass kitchen fitted last year and its taken me some time to get me writing this review we absolutely love it The quality of our cabinets is second to none. I would recommend them highly. They have so many different things in there range, we love our vela bin and our wing-line wall units. Thank you 🙏🏻 Masterclass kitchens KF

We have had a very similar experience…

We have had a very similar experience with cupboard doors , the fronts come away as if they have no glue, we spent a lot of money on our kitchen, it was going wrong very early on and to be fair to our supplier they changed some but masterclass said we were out of warranty, we have now had to buy 7 doors from them to replace which I think is wrong just in case any more doors go and they won’t make them,, they shouldn’t make people pay for shoddy work in their factory. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend them, I have never been able to enjoy my kitchen.

Kitchen quality and service

Bought a kitchen back in 2017, not the cheapest but it looked great quality and we believed that it would be a lovely kitchen, last a long time and be a good purchase as we intend to stay in our house for many years. However last year the wrap on one of the doors started to come off at the edge which was replaced them. Since then a number of the end panels and doors have gone the same. We have raised the end panel which was next to go with Masterclass who advise that it is out of warranty so not their issue, then advised the cost of replacing the panel. Further doors and panels have gone since. To pay 000s of pounds for a kitchen, look after it as it was a huge expense, then it lasts only 6 years is extremely disappointing and we just can’t afford to replace the whole kitchen and even to replace the doors will be costly. After sales service has been disappointing as the product is not fit for purpose, it would appear that the manufacture is defective somehow. We also spoke to the supplier who advised they no longer deal with Masterclass and it was intimated that there were possible more customers impacted than us, can’t confirm this though. Very disappointed and would not buy another kitchen or any other product from Masterclass.

Be aware of after sales services!!!!

Be aware of after sales services!!!! I have read many reviews in relation to Masterclass kitchens, all of which I would whole heartedly agree with until you come across a problem.! We purchased and had fitted our new kitchen around 3 years ago and was delighted with the outcome, the finish, the quality and service we received, Unfortunately that’s where it ends !!!! A couple of weeks ago we had a leak from the rear of the intergrated washing machine, this caused damage to the plinth a side panel and post, no fault of ours or Masterclass, however this now needs replacing. On contacting Masterclass they were nothing short of unhelpful , they informed us they no longer manufacture one of the products, and therefore we would need to arrange a joiner to make one to fit, which came as a suprise as clearly they state on their website they are the manufacturers and that products are guaranteed for up to 3+years, clearly not correct if they have discontinued suppling these items. They have however sent us drawings of the post for us go and source a joiner to make one to fit. We then need to find and have fitted the correct shade of laminate , which we thought would be a simple request, how wrong could we be, after requesting the exact shade we were told they could not give us this product detail and recommended we get it for sprayed, why would we get this sprayed when the rest of the kitchen units are a laminate finish, they also would not give us details of the manufacturer for us to make our own enquiries re the shade / colour. We cannot believe that 50million pound company cannot provide us with a colour ref for us to source a match of laminate So we are now in a position having purchased a 23k kitchen from Masterclass with no side panel and post, therefore the kitchen looks a mess and unfinished So just a word of warning, as this accident could happen to anyone, be careful when picking your kitchen manufactures, and don’t take the warranty or guarantees as granted, although we were willing to pay for the items to ensure I got the kitchen back to the same standard it was before the leak, Masterclass cannot supply the items, so you could end up with products that done match. I appreciate the leak is not a Masterclass problem, but would expect a company of this size to be able to supply replacement matching products and colour

Excellent timeless quality

I am extremely pleased with the quality and finish of my Masterclass Kitchen as designed and fitted by Sherborne Kitchens. I asked for clean lines and easy to use drawers and thats exactly what I got. I would certainly recommend both Masterclass and Sherborne kitchens.

Fantastic kitchen

Just like to say how great my new masterclass kitchen looks and the quality of the product has not disappointed. Just had it installed by Sherborne kitchens! and a what fantastic job they made. Now waiting for the quartz worktops to be fitted cant wait!

We recently had our Masterclass…

We recently had our Masterclass Kitchens fitted by 'Sherborne Kitchens' in Sherborne Dorset....the quality and finish is excellent, Masterclass Kitchens have a fantastic range to choose from, classic country style to ultra modern and so many colour options it was difficult to decide.....we would highly recommend Masterclass Kitchens always ! Thank you also to Malcolm at Sherborne Kitchens for your professional advice when designing our new kitchen and excellent customer service throughout, a wonderful team of experts fitters, all extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout our project.

Very concerned about durability of finish

The paint on the doors and end panels is so thin and in places quite poor quality. Masterclass have replaced 2 pain defective doors already and a large island end panel is also pretty poor. It looks ok from a distance but cannot really stand upto a pick from a fingernail so I’m not sure how poor it will look after a year or two. I’m quite disappointed by the quality of the paint given the huge price of the kitchen. I would not buy again I’m afraid.
