I'm very happy with the help I received from Computer Magic. My PC had been having blue screens for a while as well as some other issues and Robert got it all sorted and running again no problem. He also was happy to come out to me since it was hard for me to come to him which really helped. I would have no hesitation contacting him again should I have any other problems.
Robert was quick to respond, listened and very quickly sorted my computer (accessing emails and calendar). He then offered really helpful advice. Definitely recommend. Exceeded expectations
I needed a hard disk replacement, and my monitor fixed. The repairs were carried out expeditiously and professionally, and should I have any more problems, I'll be happy to contact this company again. Full marks in all departments!
Robert was brilliant! He gave me lot of good advice via e-mail. The upshot of which was that I ended up getting a new laptop - so he didn't make a penny! I was going mad trying to ascertain what the problem was and i really wish i went to MCS to begin with.

What can I say. Robert is great! The work done to my laptops have been spot on. His service is fantastic and reliabilty perfect. A great find during lockdown when the motor of my laptop was giving out on me. I used his services then and always will!
My laptop was fixed within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Very professional service with no fuss. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance.
I cannot recommend Robert highly enough! I recently had problems with an old desktop ‘all in one’ computer and Robert managed to save all my data, replace the hard drive, do a clean install of Windows 10 and reinstate all my data. He then sat patiently with me and gave me a tutorial. I am really pleased with his expertise and I would use him again without hesitation. Robert will now be my ‘go to’ for any computer related problems. His service is incredibly quick too.

We have always found Robert to be very easy to deal with. He very quickly understood our particular needs and responded well to them. The Zoom course he delivered enabled us to create our own pages. He was also always able to help when we got stuck. His presence on the weekend when we cut over from our old website was reassuring and was a great success, due in no small part to the joint planning we had done.
