States clearly on their website delivery within 2 working days. Still waiting for my delivery. Talk about misleading customers. If I had known it would take so long I would not have ordered. Very disappointed customer!

Excellent! They had what I was looking for after a week long google search came up with Landau (love shopping in independent stores) Really quick delivery, couldn’t be happier (except for the impending demise of the Tory party 🥳) Seriously though , great service. Hope to visit the store in person next time I’m on the Kent coast.
I’d never heard of Landau but came across them when trying to find a Spyder jacket. The price was considerably better than the big companies like Snow & Rock. Delivery incredibly quick. Return ms free - unlike Snow & Rock plus when I reordered a smaller size they went to the trouble of phoning me about delivery due to Royal Mail strike. Excellent customer service 😄

I am not an Internet shopper so i wasn't sure about this site so i called the store, i spoke to a man it was the best customer service ever so i went ahead place my order and they were with me the next day. Great service, will definitely order from here again. Thanks
Chris and his team absolutely smash it out of the park. Nothing is too much trouble. hassle free exchanges due to me ordering the wrong size. excellent product knowledge and always done with a big smile! This independent store put the bigger chains to shame. Should definitely be your first stop for clothing and trainers 👌🏼
