He has set up new laptops for me and responded quickly and efficiently in any technical crisis. He has always been friendly and courteous
I have been a private client of Kingstar for some years now, and always found them helpful, prompt and courteous. Last month I needed to replace my ageing laptop and gave it to Kingstar with the brief to replicate it in all respects on a new one, which they did to the letter. very pleased ! I would certainly recommend them.
I have known Philip for quite some years now - originally just over computers but he now deals with telephones also - I have no experience with him about these. Philip has always been very patient with me - he knows that I am totally computer illiterate! As far as possible he keeps to appointed times - is always polite and respectful. He tries very hard to resolve problems and has more than once spoken on my behalf with HP - he understood their engineer - this resulted in my having a new printer - left to myself this is not likely to have been the outcome! He always responds speedily when I ring him with a problem - which he is usually more than able to sort out.
We have used Kingstar for our networking and telecoms for several years and have found them to be very reliable and responsive. Philip is knows his stuff and has saved us a lot of money by negotiating a better deal with BT for us.

Philip was very helpful when I needed a new laptop. And when there was a 'glitch' with the new machine, he very promptly contacted the supplier and within days I had a new machine which he, again, set up for me and explained about patiently. I would heartily recommend him!
