After we went through buttons in the car park, I buggerd off on green lanes for 36 miles and got home four hrs later🤪🥶😂 When I picked up my phone there was a voice message from Henry asking me if I got home ok and was I happy with the bike?(it was 4C and icy)

When I bought a Honda CRF250L for £3795.00 from this company in July 2021 I began the ride home but after 12 minutes the engine died. I was miles away from home and despite trying to start the engine a few times, the battery failed. I eventually had to arrange to load the bike into a van to get it home and I sent 5 letters and various emails to Kent Motorcycles but they did not respond. After going in person to the store, after 2 years they finally agreed to inspect the bike and discovered the petrol pump was not working. I received a bill of £711.00 to replace it. Not impressed at all.
I was trained at the Dover Road site and have to say it was a great day of learning and experience. The instructor Dave Law has so much knowledge and very professional towards his students. All in all I would really recommend this service as it beats all other training schools in the kent area.
Have been learning to ride with Alistair and John over at Manston. 2 very professional, friendly and very competent teachers. Thanks to them both I passed modules 1 & 2 and am now ready for the open road. Honda/Laguna, you have two diamonds there. I will be recommending them to friends 👍
Passed my CBT today with Dave and I can’t recommend him enough. Patience of a saint and giving me time to build on my confidence.

Phone them today to book my bike for an mot as I have done few time before and never had a problem!
They said they could do it same day but as soon I mention that my bike is a Bmw the guy said he would had to check and called me to confirm.
He called me and said that he couldn’t do it as they are extremely busy! Strange He didn’t say that before!
Then he said he had to check the diary as someone else was using it!
I waited for a couple of hours, then I call them and they say they couldn’t do it for very long time as very busy!!
I know for a fact they don’t like Bmw but I mot my bmw few time before without a problem!
Since the news that Laguna are taking over they don’t seams interested in the business as they did before!! Shame!!
Always gone there for breakfast with other mates, bought few things but I would never use them again!!
These guys are brilliant, I dealt with David, Alistair and Geoff for the motorcycle direct access training, and I cannot fault these guys, they’re patient and supportive and genuinely a really good bunch. Passed my mod 2 yesterday and very grateful for all there help. Would recommend KentMotorcycles to anyone! Even the times I’ve popped into the shop they’ve been brilliant and helpful! Oh, and the cafe is spot on too!
The service quality is poor and the attitude towards customers is appalling. The manager, Hadrian (a little 5ft guy) is officious, rude and very unhelpful. If you have a problem it is your problem - he does not honour service guarantees if the work is faulty. He has a bad case of 'small man syndrome.' Seriously, don't buy or service any bike here.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.Purchased a helmet in January my son recently had a problem with the visor slipping down and not staying up put together with flimsy pieces of plastic which have broken off.Also the catch on the strap fell off when riding.Kent motorcycles will not repair it even though it's still under warranty Have been told by a 4 ft man that it's impossible this has happened .Well clearly not!!! Massive health a safety issue her Do not buy from them.Did not even offer to get the parts for it.Rude and arrogant Trade and standards will now be informed.
Great service from people who know what they are doing. Have been treated very fairly by Hadrian and his team. There is nothing to criticise. Good bike shop good café attached. Great service and amenable to helping crusty old people like me who want to do things their own way!
