I understand your position, but I would like to emphasize that my concern is not only about visa authority decisions, but about the lack of essential guidance provided before payment. Other language schools clearly informed me about the required language level and visa conditions, which would have prevented this situation. Unfortunately, this was not the case with ILS Milano. Additionally, my application was not evaluated as a standard visa refusal. I was directly turned away due to the lack of institutional compatibility between the school and the consulate. I also incurred additional financial losses, including bank transfer fees and shipping costs, which were necessary as part of this process. I respect your position, but I believe future students should be fully informed before enrollment to avoid similar situations.
