Box arrived taped up and all the contents had been thrown about. Hence pens were out of boxes with broken lids and missing tops all over the parcel. Not all parcels arrived either. Delivery van at fault I guess but not ideal.

I found Hope education very helpful , I chatted with a girl called Emily , she went up over and above for me , thank you so much , I have placed another order this week all staff so helpful the first order arrived in perfect condition, excited and awaiting the next , I will be recommending Hope education to all my friends and family thanks again, absolutely excellent service.

Never get an update on delivery date or when delivered as i order for other sites as well. Delivery times very long. Phone help good.

Excellent customer servie

I called as a part was missing from one of the items missing. The customer services person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Immediately arranged a replacement for the item. Excellent customer service. The replacement arrived the next day.

Fair play to Hope! After posting a review, Leanne immediately got in touch to resolve the problems I had been experiencing. Very personable and eager to help! My missing items have since been delivered and Hope have been attentive in making sure all is satisfactory. I’m impressed with how they handled things.

Always helpful.

If I have any queries I can phone the company and get an immediate response. Recently I rang because there was 1 item short in a very large order. The company immediately replaced it. However I had to contact them to apologise as it had been there all the time.
