Please avoid this company. I paid hundreds of pounds for a database from this company. Much of the content was out of date and obsolete. They then said they were transitioning everyone that purchased the database to a new product (which I didn't want) or could offer a partial refund. I haven't received a refund. Customer Services is awful - clearly the staff are as fed up as the customers.

Rip off merchants

Was offered a free mag for practical caravan, so called up to order it. The lady i spoke to told me i could have 2 other for £3 so i accepted this. I have received just 1 magazine and now they have taken £42.99 from my account without my permission and without any notice. I emailed them this morning but judging by other reviews i'm not expecting a response. I have had 1 magazine and paid £42.99 when i was expecting 3 for £3. Absolutely disgusting

Awful service

Took out a subscription to Autopsport which I paid for a year by card. Never received the 1st issue so called, and they claimed the payment hadn't been processed, and they would sort it and email me back. I have waited a week without reply, so tried to email them and also no reply. Joke of a service if you ask me!!! I will be calling them to complain and claim a refund!!

Avoid this company

Ever since i made the mistake to buy a subscription from this webpage i have been bombarded with spam. They claim they have removed my data but it is a clear lie. It makes me very nervous to know that these guys have my credit-card information when it is clear that you can not trust them even with an e-mail address without them misusing it.
