I was having trouble connecting to my account on the internet. I sent an email To admiral, and they responded quickly and kindly. I never got a response from the local newspaper people when I had asked when they were still handling I. So I cancelled my subscription. But I am a happy customer after the help I got so quickly and friendly from Admiral.
I was totally and completely frustrated with the freezing of my accounts and a great young man (Kieran Diaz) helped me overcome the problem with extreme professionalism and patience. Thank you very much!
The customer service was quick and able to resolve my issue within one email. They were very friendly and understanding of my situation. Highly recommended.

Kieran Diaz of the Admiral Support Team provided exceptionally responsive, courteous, and efficient technical support in helping me change the method of payment for my Meridian Star subscription.
I was having a problem with a site that I was trying to whitelist. I had disabled my blockers but the site still kept telling me to whitelist. Admiral's Customer Love Support Team came to the rescue! They asked me to send a list of my Add-On's. After sending the list they emailed me and said to disable 5 of the extensions that were on my list. I did as Admiral's said to do and it worked. Fantastic! And one of the nicest aspects is that the Admiral's Customer Love Support Team had sent me emails that went to my spam folder, and I didn't see them, but the Support Team didn't give up. They emailed me again and it came to my regular email and I was able to do as they suggested with disabling the extensions to make it work. That is excellent service. I appreciate Kieran, Support Representative, his knowledge, expertise, diligence, and his patience with me. Admiral's Customer Love Support Team is second to none. Thank you so much!

Recently, I had the wonderful experience of working with an agent named Sarah, to resolve an issue with a Publisher. Sarah helped me, answered all my questions, communicated promptly and clearly and was so exceptionally, kind, patient, and genuinely caring about helping me. Tuesday 5-27-25 I received a email from your company stating my subscription would be canceled due to insufficient funds in my account, I corrected the situation and emailed your company apologizing for this occurrence. Kieran Diaz promptly replied to my email and made me feel extremely comfortable over the situation and emailed me 5-29-25 that my renewal was successful and that my E-Edition subscription would continue. On May 8, 2025, Admiral's "Please support our journalism" message appeared when I tried to sign in to watch MSNBC on my laptop with my TV Everywhere deal with my cable company, Service Electric Cablevision. Kieran Diaz patiently worked with me via email during that day and the next until we solved the ad blocker problem and I was able to watch MSNBC again.
The Admiral Support Team, specifically Kieran, were very helpful when I could not get access to my e-edition of the Tryon Daily Bulletin. My frustration was alleviated with the prompt and informative assistance of Admiral Support. Kieran gave me very clear suggestions which were easy to follow and solved my problem.
