I have enrolled in data analyst course. Before enrollment they have told me you will learn from scratch but there's nothing like that. It's just pre recording video and hard to understand. I think need some basic fundamentals before enrollment. Even you can learn from online websites like course era, udemy. To be honest don't enroll for this course not worth it at all. Just waste of money. It's better you can try youtube stuff.
I had a wonderful experience with Fortray Services, starting from the sales department to the induction program. During the induction program, the induction manager helped me to understand the road map and course very clearly.
The induction was easy to understand, and navigations in the portal is straightforward. Rajey was patient to listing to my question and respond accordingly.

My IT Trainer Haider Ali delivered an excellent workshop covering ITIL/ITSM fundamentals, infrastructure monitoring, and Jira ticketing systems.
