Appalling Service!
Ordered some Merrell sandals a couple of months ago. I was sent the wrong size and had to return them at my own cost. Now I have been informed that after eight weeks they haven’t been received or checked in. I’m guessing I can kiss goodbye to a refund. Appalling customer service. Would never use again or recommend.

Excellent service. Delivered ahead of expected date and a bit cheaper than the High St. These are my 4th pair of Merrell kahuna sandals. Great quality and so comfortable. I hope Merrell don’t improve them.
