A massive thank you to James and Nikki for all their help in getting us a Right to Buy mortgage. Our situation wasn't a straight forward one, but they were determined to find us the right deal, despite numerous applications, and numerous rejections they kept plugging away and this week we finally completed on our home. I purchased a house as tenants-in-common with a friend. Jabez Persaud helped in arranging our mortgage, insurance and wills, and did a fantastic job with all three. He got good terms/prices for us, and clearly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. He was always happy to clarify any questions we had, or make adjustments wherever we needed. Most importantly, for me, was the feeling of dealing with a person rather than a company (even remotely via phone and video calls). He truly felt like an ally throughout the whole process.
