I ordered two tops July 15th/25. Order finally arrived . As for the quality of the garments, I cannot even imagine what they use to make such a material. I threw them in the garbage as they were not even something I would donate. But ! The good news is, they refunded me the complete amount on Aug. 24th.
Edmonton Essence (not Essence Store) is the name of the store - they are online but lead you to believe they have had a store in Edmonton for 20 years. And that they are located there. They take weeks to ship, their clothes all come from China and are not well-made or look anything like the picture. They say money back guarantee but DO NOT give you your money back. They keep offering discounts for you to keep the garbage item. Not even nice enough to donate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY LIE ON THE WEBSITE AND IN THEIR EMAILS.
I was sent the incorrect size. The company did not acknowledge that, even with a photo provided. After MUCH back and forth I agreed to 40% refund and keeping the very poor quality shoes. I'm embarrassed to even donate them. Shame on you, Edmonton Essence to use a Canadian city in your name and be such a poor ambassador of same.
Their sizes are wrong and the refund is 15% which I am waiting for. They are dishonest and try to make you feel small when the answer.

I ordered a medium pallet. Delivery took 3 weeks and I received a small package in my mailbox with wireless ear buds, generic brand worth $14.95 on Amazon. Big Scam!!!!
Bad service .long time waiting for delivery... and at the end received not genuine product. Will not recommend at all
