I placed an order from your website on…1 june 2025
I placed an order from your website on June 1, 2025, on the same day I received a link to track your shipment to me in Sweden, but since GLS is not in Sweden, I could not search for the package. However, I could see on GLS tracking that the package had been sent to Poland and delivered there……Why then? I wrote to your support on June 10, 2025, on June 11 I received a response from your support, with another link from GLS, which, in principle, showed that the package was in Holland, which could not be the case because I had no way that this was sent to Poland….So what was true…..? I replied to you on June 11 that your link that you had sent did NOT show where my package was….. On June 12, 2025, your support replied that they would investigate where the package was….. On June 17, 2025, your support replied to me that the package was at ICA Malmborgs in Limhamn, so I picked up my package then….. Does Elektor really think this is good service? If your support had already found out where the package was on June 10, I would have been more satisfied with your commitment, but that an order that was placed on June 1, 2025 in Holland will take 17 days to reach Sweden is not good service. That your support has not checked where the package was to be sent to, that is, Sweden, and that your response with tracking really showed where the package really was is also incredibly bad! No, that you do not have better routines to handle your deliveries is incredibly bad!

Erg jammer!
Ik ga hier niet opnieuw meetapparatuur aanschaffen. Oke, er stond een leuke korting op maar dan moeten ze geen tweedehands rommel naar mij sturen. Ik kocht een Owon miltimeter/oscilloscoop maar deze is beschadigd en zonder screenprotectie geleverd. Jammer dat men denkt zo met klanten om te kunnen omgaan.

Once upon a time, a man named Thomas ordered a magical device called the QA403. The merchant, Elektor, promised it would return to stock on April 7th. Gold was paid, hopes were high. But lo! The date moved. First “mid-April,” then “week of May 7,” and now “mid-May.” When Thomas asked why, a clerk named Cindy replied, “It was always a preorder” – though Thomas had scrolls (screenshots) proving otherwise. Each time he looked, the delivery date had changed, like a trick played by a lazy court jester hoping no one would notice. Now Thomas waits one last time. Should the package not arrive by May 13th, he will summon the ancient powers of Refund, and write this tale on the stone walls of PayPal. Moral: Beware merchants who shift their promises as easily as wind moves a banner. And so it came to pass that Marleen of House Elektor spoke — her words soft as velvet, woven with apologies and tales of shifting fates. She spoke of tracking scrolls, of unforeseen delays, and of suppliers as fickle as spring weather. Thomas read her letter with a raised brow and a weary sigh. He acknowledged the courtesy, yet could not forget how the promised date danced like a mirage — close, then gone, again and again. But lo! The magical device, the fabled QA403, had finally crossed the seven logistics realms and arrived at his humble lab. With tempered hope, he unpacked it. For even the most noble promises lose their luster when bathed too often in the rain of postponement. Thus ends the second act. Whether trust shall bloom anew remains to be seen. But Thomas, now wiser and armed with patience (and PayPal still sheathed), awaits the first measurement. Moral: When merchants sway like reeds in the wind, the wise buyer knots his expectations to sturdier posts.

Verloren pakje eindelijk ontvangen. Slechte klantenservice
Aankoop gedaan op 11 april. ik heb tot 15 april moeten wachten op mijn levering. Email met tracking van PostNL zei op 12 april dat het pakje door de brievenbus geleverd was, maar dat was niet het geval. ik was gewoon thuis en heb niks ontvangen. Ik heb gemaild naar Elektor, maar nooit een antwoord ontvangen. Dan op 16 april eindelijk het pakje ontvangen door de brievenbus. Niet echt accurate bezorgingsinformatie en slechte klantenservice van Elektor als je het mij vraagt.

Negatieve review wordt niet geplaatst
Ik had een laserpen voor de zandklok besteld. Toen ik deze geleverd kreeg zat er geen enkele handleiding bij. Ook op de site was geen handleiding te vinden. Ik heb daarop een negatieve recensie geschreven. Deze is nooit geplaatst. Wel staat er inmiddels wel een linkje naar de handleiding. Ik heb precies dezelfde ervaring gehad met een eerder bestelde Nixie klok. Het lijkt dus een structureel probleem. Er wordt ook geen contact met mij opgenomen. Krijg wel weer doodleuk een verzoek om een nieuwe review te plaatsen...

Be aware of those scammers ordered a pro2 unitree robot on 3rd of January no tracking number was provided it turns out they have no idea where and when my parcel will arive keep in mind they charged me already 2.4.k£ as this was the cost after countless emails chasing it they. Had no idea as they didn't have this item whatsoever after over month when told will go to Civil court they suddenly found a tracking number and told me will be same week gave me tracking number with parcel that wasn't even moving at the end it turns out i need to pay additional customs fees that i wasn't aware and never mention this . I REPORTED THEM TO TRADE ATANDARDS AND THIS MATTER WILL END IN COURT FOR MY BUSINESS OPORTUNITY LOSSES AND LOST TIME!

With the two separate orders everything…
With the two separate orders everything arrived in good shape. I was susprised because the boxes were pretty beaten up and i happy with the items. The oscilloscopes are nice, but have to go through a lot of menus to do basic task. I am used to a 30plus hitachi oscope at home and a work had tectronix scopes. I like the 5amp36volt powersupply module, a lot of menus but found easy to use after playing with awhile
