Improvements activities & accommodation office should show
The overall experience is great. Wonderful teachers, learning materials and learning atmosphere. Activities are also quite good, though the activities office could still adjust some of the schedules of tours, maximising the time for student to experience, not just spending on obligatory boring guided tours, making the high costs seems at least a bit more reasonable and worthy. Also, arrangements about the host family & the host family made by the accommodation office are quite problematic. Too little information is given and students are often left behind, unaware of anything unless they reach out. Plus, the qualifications for host families should be held stricter as my experience in the 2nd host family was terrible (totally a piece of shit). We weren’t allowed to do laundries, meals weren’t fully provided, 3 people living in a non ventilated room (especially there’s too little space for the lower bunk), weird attitudes of host mum, volume of TV still high during midnight, were told to clean the bathroom and bedroom ourselves before we leave however the money we paid… etc. Please be more cautious at accommodating students as complains regardless this issue are way too often heard.
