Great customer service

The sale of our property was not smooth and took a long six months to complete. However, this was of absolutely no fault of Eden who were amazing. The communication from Nicola and her team was excellent, we often received messages late at night and in the early hours of the morning. We wondered if Nicola ever slept! Would definitely recommend!

The portal is extremely easy to use and upload all your documents and so helpful being able to check the progress at any time. I have used Eden Conveyancing three times and have been assigned Andrew as my conveyancer each time. He is very knowledgeable and diligent and I didn't feel anything was left unanswered or I was in doubt at any time. Although the business is online, it still remains personal and you do have human contact. I can't fault the service they have given me.

Andy (and the whole Eden team) made house buying process stress-free, quick and very professional. Communication with them is soon easy, there will always be someone who will respond to you, and their platform keeps you in control of what's going on at all times.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect as we chose Eden based on price from a bunch of online quotes, however I have probably had the best experience with solicitors I have ever had! The sale was a probate sale with a tricky situation between the executors but Eden dealt with the situation with professionalism, understanding and impartiality. Their online system is very good and makes it very clear what is happening at every stage. They were always keen to get things going and chased the chain without prompting. Where annual leave happened, we were informed and an equally capable fill-in solicitor took over. My messages were always replied to with a couple of hours, it amazes me how late they often worked! Thank you so much Autumn, Sehar and everyone else who worked on our case. Would 100% recommend this firm.

As a first-time buyer, I went into this process feeling quite overwhelmed, but Samantha completely changed that experience for me.
