Eco Providers

Update no'1 to my original review dated 19/05/92025. On the 08/06/25, EcoProviders replied to my post by reaching out to me for my email address. They said they wanted to understand more about the damage to my brand new kitchen. As of today, they have not contacted me. What's all that about???

As a landlord, I’m really pleased with the work carried out by ECO Providers on my rental property. The team handled everything professionally, installing insulation, a new air source heat pump, and solar panels without causing any disruption to the tenant. This upgrade not only improves the comfort and efficiency of the home but also significantly reduces the tenant’s energy costs. It’s a smart investment that boosts the property’s EPC rating and overall value. A job well done, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects.

From start to finish, ECO Providers have been absolutely excellent. From the first point of contact to the final visit, their service has been smooth and professional. As a tenant, I'm now looking forward to lower monthly electricity bills and, of course, a much-improved heating system.

Had Graham and his team here on Monday and Tuesday. They worked like troopers from the minute they arrived until the minute they left. Very respectful of my property and very pleasant workmen to have in my home. Very happy with result and would highly recommend this team.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of having Sean,Paul and team in to install wall and ceiling insulation, theses lads were amazing, so easy to talk too, polite, kind friendly and professional, they worked really hard and always made sure my things were covered in dust sheets and floor protection, and always cleaned up at the end of every day. There work is outstanding the Finish looks perfect, they always kept me updated on everything they did and explained everything they were doing couldn't have asked for better from a great team. It felt like they had become part of my family 😊 and Paul even won my sausage dog over, (even tho she chased him every where lol). It was a pleasure to have them in my home and there always welcome for a cuppa 😊. Thank you guys for all you hard work over the last few weeks you've been amazing, we're going to miss you. June

The Eco Providers took my perfect flat, and provided me with a sub standard one, they were supposed to supply and install central heating, they layed the pipes under the floor so high that we were walking on them, this coursed leaks on nearly every joint in every pipe, the Eco Providers were contacted but didn't want to take responsibility for any of it and stopped answering the phone, this seems to be a regular thing that the do, eventually I took things to social media, which they didn't like but it did make them get intouch, the problem was eventually looked at and to some degree sorted out, although there are still problems like rising damp on nearly every wall and a very strong smell of damp and has usual they don't want to take any responsibility, there are a lots of government schemes going on, people do not have to use the Eco Providers, if somthing is wrong, they will cut you of the phone and definitely won't take any accountability. In response to statment left by the eco providers, first of all the flat was inspected by one of your employed inspectors, who said that the pipes for the central heating could be layed under the floor, I was also charged an extra £ 500 pound for this, as for your company taking responsibility for the damaged coursed it's taken 2 year for you to reply to all the messages left on social media, a response was not given willingly. When the work on the flat was signed off by the government inspection, he spent around 20min going in and out of every room, he didn't lift up the wood flooring to take a look at all the leaking pipe work going on underneath, it been left in a terrible state and still is, the whole flat smells of really strong damp.

Excellent work carried out by Conner, Alan & Graham insulating walls and around windows. Great workmanship and always tidied up after each day. I would definately recommend Eco Providers. First class work by everyone involved.

I'm disabled and have big problems with my anxiety and some what ashamed of how tidy my house is but the the gents Chris and his two apprentices Aden, and Kevin ;) assured me they had seen far worse and was very understanding and was fast and clean....I thought they would have trouble in this house with old pipe work ect and uneven walls. I will also add the person who did the first look at my house may very well have saved my life and smelt a gas leak......so happy thankyou to all the team

My papa (Lawrence Blacklaw) has recently got his central heating into his home and he couldn’t have asked for better men in to do it. Jack and Ross were a pleasure to have in and around his home knowing what needed to be done being extremely professional yet great company they are more than welcome back round for a cuppa. The team from eco providers Jimmy, Chris and Dion were a great team they all worked well together and did a fantastic job of insulating and plastering our house. They were hard working, very helpful and took time to explain everything, They were very clean and left all the rooms tidy and very clean. Richard and his Nephew were an absolute pleasure to have in and around the house doing work. I couldn’t have got better if I’d chosen them. They just got on with their job and worked hard and well, it was just like having 2 friends around.

I have just had interior wall insulation installed in preparation for a heat pump in my very bijou cottage. The team from IWI of Steve, Morgan and Martin were fantastic, professional and very hard working and cannot fault their work. However, the upheaval, mess and dust was far above what I expected. The dust from the insulation is so bad that the installers wear face masks. It would have been so much better if ECO Providers had warned me just how bad it would be so that I could have removed more of my belongings from the property before work started. Also was not warned how thick the insulation would be. Have lost 5 inches on two external walls in what was already a very small guest bedroom.

The plumbing team which was the fabulous Graham, Zak and Bradley have been here for the past 2 days the lads have grafted there socks off very long days for them and still been clean and tidy. I couldn’t be any more happier with the service your teams are providing we have lots of extra radiators can’t wait for the big switch on tomorrow Thanks again

I used to joke that my house was colder inside than it was outside. Seriously, I could see my own breath while watching TV. Enter Eco Providers, my new favorite people! With two young kids, I hated how cold our house got in winter. Keeping the heating on all day wasn’t an option with the rising energy prices.
