Hi Guys I went to your shop in Chermside with a need for a cable to connect my flight controller with my I phone. The assistant informed me they did not have what I needd but that he would order one. Problem solved I thought! But when package arrived - No cable just a connector!

Brilliant customer service.

It's been 3 days since I received my ex demo DJI Action 5 camera (my choice for the ex demo). There was a glitch in registering my camera due to the ex demo, but my email to customer service was answered quickly with a solution, and follow up emails were also responded to promptly. So in 3 days, problem solved, brilliant service. Very reassuring to deal with a company that responds to customers. Thanks

Charged $173.80 to restock an Item

Purchased mavic 4 pro & all good. Then purchased goggles 3 after searching for mavic 4 compatible glasses. On arrival & activation, found that they were incompatible so returned in perfect order except opened unit bag. Was informed by D1 Store in Brunswick VIC that a refund would be processed with a 20% restock charge. This amounts to $173.80 to put an item backup for sale. Seems like gouging to me & unreasonable. Share if you agree.
