Major issues throughout engagement 1. The original quote changed after the work started. 2. The work failed to meet the original delivery date 3. A few months after the work was completed, one of their customer service representatives logged into their remote IT support on one of our machines without any reason. 4. They agreed to provide IT support on a piecemeal basis (day rate). When we tried to use this service they claimed they didn't operate that way and instead attempted to push us onto a subscription service. We were they forced to prove this with the original correspondence. Overall a poor experience thanks to these issues. Edit - We arranged an hourly/day rate support agreement and as can be seen from their reply, they refuse to acknowledge this when we attempted to make use of it. I have it all in email correspondence to back this up.

I tried to contact Custard by telephone but after a couple of minutes the line went "dead" so I went on the website and made contact. I was moved to three different support people but the third support person was helpful, he did not know the reason for my problem but promised to find out and phone me back which he did with an answer.
