Ridiculously good service! My very old real estate website with obsolete custom software needed some minor repairs. The job seemed straightforward, but was much more complicated than expected. The Bitsclan team dug into the technical problems, kept at it and finally found the solution. Everything works again and I can continue offering service to my clients. The amount of service and quality I received from Bitsclan made me feel guilty, as now I feel the price is far too low. But they never complained, kept offering more without being prompted and even put my mind at ease explaining their policy is to give the same high quality service no matter the size of the job or the client.
