5 Gün sonrası için bilet almıştım. Ama bir aksilik sebebiyle gidemeyeceğim için tarih değişikliği istedim. Yalnızca aldığım tarihe kadar olan başka bir konser için bilet değişikliği yapabiliriz dediler. Mecburen param yanmasın diye gitmeyi tercih ettim. Keşke ileriki başka bir konser tarihi için olabilseydi daha iyiydi. Ama bu seçeneği sunmuş olması da memnun edici. Hemen cevaplıyor olmasıda memnun edici. İkinci bir bilet aldım ve önceki bilet iadesi gerçekleşecektir mesajı gelmesi de memnun edici. Teşekkür ediyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla alabilirsiniz.

Quick response/ problem resolved

We reserved 4 places for an event. But later the place of the event changed and we got informed by SMS and E-mail right the way. And we asked for refund since the new place wasnt what we expected and Biletix's team was quick to respond and resolve our problem. Thank you very much🙏🏻🙏🏻
