The company is very easy to contact and try very hard to make the experience of studying a good one.
Applied education is making it easier for the students to study online as per their convenience. The lessons were simple and informative and align with Tax agent course requirements.
Some of the best training I have ever done. I will consider them again and recommend them to others.

The course was a very useful introduction to the basics of cybersecurity, presented in a way that made it all easy to understand. The trainer was very helpful by giving precise answers to any questions asked.
Was really easy and good feedback when having questions
The course material was straight forward and valid and easy to learn. Loved the fact you got your results straight away.
I am writing to express me appreciation for the Applied Education and its courses . I found the course design to be very helpful for students , with instructions and lessons that were easy to follow. Additionally, the content of the courses manual were extremely helpful
People who reply to support tickets are great. The recorded lectures and user friendly learners guide was very helpful. But app on mobile doesnt show all features which could be improved.
This course for is to refresh and the presentation and the manual helps a lot.
Joining these courses have been a great experience for me, as I am one of a few people on this island who dropped out of school before gaining any job experiences or certs needed for job applications, gaining my certificates from your courses have made me more confident in my role in managing LBEs/Modules employees as an ESC representative.
THIS COMPANY GIVEN ME ALL THEY GOT IM GIVEN THEM BACK ALL I GOT TO THE COMPANY
While the information provided in the learner guides is helpful, the seeming requirement of three attempts per assignment for all students (which I found out via the fb group) with a minimum wait time of 2 weeks for attempt 1 and 1 week for attempts 2 and 3 and the wait time of 1-3 business days for support tickets build up and make it difficult and unnecessarily harder than the course should be. The feedback for most attempts were vague and any questions felt like pulling teeth for most assessors (not all, but most). The support that is advertised is heavily micromanaged to the point of pointless (fb group and unit forums specifically). They provided access to an online Microsoft 365, but the assignments (at least for me) were locked unless you had a desktop version, so I ended up having to retype 20-40 pages of assignment questions for every assignment before I could even start said assignment. The Cert IV Accounting and Bookkeeping course was disorganised and lacked updates relating to relevant software (some MYOB info was outdated). I received more help from Googling questions (and not via MYOB's now out of date by 2 years forums) than the assessors on how to use MYOB - despite reading every single page of each unit's 200-400 pages learner guides. There was a study expectation of ~20 hours/week, but I found myself doing significantly more on top of a full-time job just to work around the above disorganisation. The only reason I am not giving a one-star is because the learner guides WERE helpful, but you could also get this information elsewhere rather easily. Also, the assignments were often worded so badly (which almost felt on purpose) that you couldn't get the word-specific answer that the assessor was looking for until attempt 3. I have done multiple online courses over the years as I genuinely enjoy learning, but the structure of this course felt lazy and therefore disrespectful considering the cost (which despite the EOFY sale they do every year was apparently still more expensive than other higher quality courses of the same qualification). Do this course via TAFE or another institution instead. Save yourself the unnecessary drama.
I am currently enrolled in the Diploma of Accounting and, after much consideration, I’m seriously thinking about withdrawing. Unfortunately, this course has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I now feel that enrolling was a waste of both my time and money. As a working parent with limited time, I find myself dedicating over 15 hours per week to this course — time I simply don’t have. Despite that effort, I feel I’ve gained very little practical learning. The structure of the course is poorly designed, and the level of support has been extremely limited. Students are expected to manage at least three subjects simultaneously, yet the feedback process is painfully slow. Assignments often take up to 10 working days to be marked — and if resubmission is required (which is common due to vague or unhelpful feedback), the same turnaround time applies. This creates major delays in progression. For students who are trying to complete the course within 12 months, this pace is unrealistic and demotivating. If you fall behind or need more time, you’re charged $100 per subject to extend. This feels more like a penalty than support. Adding to that, students are required to purchase their own textbooks, and the learning resources provided are poorly written, with minimal examples that align with the actual assessments. I understand that some advisors are trying their best, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the overall quality of this course — in terms of instructional clarity, learning design, and timely support — does not meet the expectations of a nationally recognised qualification. Unless you're someone with a lot of free time and high self-discipline, I would not recommend this course. If you're considering Applied Education for your studies, I urge you to think carefully. This experience has taught me that “affordable” can come at a high cost — especially when support, structure, and meaningful learning are sacrificed.
I didn’t like that we had to wait for the completion of one assessment before we can proceed to the next. Doing it online n working full time doesn’t afford me much time to complete the assessments. Have only limited slots of time to work on the assessments. Also some feedback on wrong answers can be more specific rather than saying it is wrong (a certain assessor).
Very helpful when contacted with queries. Assessor where also understanding.
