Contacted after seeing a part advertised online. Called and spoke with them about it and quickly arranged payment and delivery. Too service. Just how a company should treat customers.

Best seller online by a long shot. 10/10

Purchased a product online via ebay, and unfortunately due to a courier I wont be using again it didnt arrive on time. However they happily answered any questions I had, and when I thought the product was lost, sent a new one out straight away to replace it. Couldnt have been handled in a more professional manner. Best service i've ever received from a online seller.

Platinum standard service from start to…

Platinum standard service from start to finish. The business owner Lewis is hugely knowledgable in his field. I have used several large companies prior to this to provide IT support. Nothing comes close to the standard of service a small business like this can offer though. Will definitely be switching to Appleton IT for all my future supply, support and service requirements.
