After just 8 months of ELA learning with Wukong, I've already noticed significant changes in my child. The teachers are incredibly dedicated, tailoring each lesson to my child's unique needs. Now, she looks forward to writing stories every day and even completes assignments without reminders—this enthusiasm for learning is truly amazing!

Booking with wukong was fairly easy, though it took a bit of back-and-forth to confirm. It’d be clearer if they showed actual prices, explained the credits (1 credit = 30 mins), and removed the confusing “3‑month/6‑month” labels—just show the real expiration (mine was 1 year even though it said 3 months). Customer service has been excellent, and my assigned assistant on WhatsApp has been so helpful. I just wish the booking system stayed available throughout the course—it was super convenient at the start but I lost access after my first booking was cancelled. It would make a huge difference and make the process so much more convenient.

Professionally rated my child's current proficiency, recommended entry level and discussed goal. Class is interactive and multifaceted, teacher is very engaging. Looking forward to see significant improvement in my child's Chinese.

The lessons were great for my son, a native Cantonese speaker who does not enough chance to speak in mandarin. The lesson is great and can draw my son’s attention. The only thing I don’t like about Wukong is it is very pushy when it comes to selling its lesson packages: why should I be pushed to buy another 90 lessons why I still have 60 lesson s left? Why should I reply to the salesperson (the homeroom teacher) for her over too many messages when I have so much to deal with in life? The lesson packages are also far too big; the smallest package is 90 lessons, which you have to pay upfront, though you can have for a refund anytime if you want to. The company should think about its slightly hard-sell strategy.

The teachers & material is very good but the platform could use improvement. The chat bot is not as efficient. After reaching out via the chat box, instead of just replying on the chat, the system kept sending me emails, with incorrect info, so it can be confusing.

Teachers and learning contents are good. Sometimes the app doesn’t work well. We need to leave the classroom and reload.

the manager we dealt with was patient and professional. there were a lot of questions we needed answered as this is our second tranche after 2 years with program so wanted to clarify a number of areas and also ensure we were getting the right set up for our son and value for the significant investment. the manager was able to get us a reasonable arrangement for classes/rates and answer questions as best she could.

Wukong Education is great for me because it has a nice system, a group of people working behind. I get class reminder, feedback after each class, time to talk with the teacher etc. All these supports are very helpful for us.

From the very beginning, the communication with WuKong has been excellent. The agents are always friendly and make sure everything is organized for us. I never have to worry about anything, and they always follow up to make sure we’re happy with the arrangements.

Teacher was speaking english unclearly and then jumping into chinese right after. Charlotte did not get to understand her instructions hence creating confusions. I have talked to Zoe and hopefully our next class will have improvements with communication and providing directions and instructions to the child.

The sales ladies are nice and patient, they are creating classes that are most suitable for my daughters, and their teachers are professional and efficient. Highly recommended ❤️

WuKong has been such a great experience for my child in both Chinese and Math. The teacher pays close attention to her progress and adjusts the lessons to fit their learning pace. My girl has grown academically and is now more focused in school and home.

Ms. Ip is a very polite and patient person. And she gave me advices that I feel fit for our needs.

WuKong provides excellent after-class support. The teacher is always available for revisions and helps my child when they have questions. My child feels comfortable asking for help and is making steady progress in all subjects.

Good customer service

In just 6 months of WuKong’s International Math program, my child’s understanding of math concepts has improved a lot. The teacher uses visual aids and real-life examples, which makes the lessons easy to understand. My child now solves math problems with ease and enjoys it!
