I subscribed about three months ago on master lifetime subscription, which included technical support via e-mail. i was unable to log in for a while, being blocked and not accessing the password change. I was unable to use any credits. I contacted the company numerous times with no response. I am extremely disappointed Update: i also find it curios that my negatove review received no reply, I tried all e-mails and contact details possible with no reply

I got this on a good deal from StackSocial. Been using it for about a week for by HVAC business and its been a tremendous help to craft customer reply emails and proposals.
