Scam! Zero support!
I wouldn't recommend spending any money with this scam of a company! They steal your funds and refuse to help if there's an issue with delivery! I ordered a paid of jeans off TikTok shop, after seeing an ad. My first and only purchase. The package shipped via USPS and was marked as "delivered". I checked for a week - with neighbors, around the mailbox area and the post office. No luck! I contacted Wild Oak Boutique to be told "it's marked as delivered" and so sorry we can't refund you. Not once was I offered a reshipment or help investigating a lost package. I received the same careless and autogenerated response or "well the carries says it was delivered so that's all we can go off". I was called a liar and am now out $76 with NO items. The customer service was terrible and this company should be ashamed of their business and livelihood made on scamming people and stealing money!
