I find this product doesn’t work as it says it does

Gorgeous natural products. These are my staple daily routine I have been using for years. Would highly recommend, always make my skin feel fresh and bright.

I have bought products from wild mints a couple of times and I’m never gonna stop cos the products actually does what it’s supposed to do and very gentle on my skin

I placed an order for Calm Balm but what arrived was 2 packages of Cosmetics. These were returned but the instructions for this included, photographic proof of condition of goods, proof of tracked posting costing £12 . I am housebound so had to pay a carer to package and post it, despite all this I had to urge them for the refund. Apparently my package got lost in warehouse. All this trouble for goods I did not order seems outrageous with scarcely an apology. Seems this company employs people who are unable to read. I find this whole extremely expensive episode disgusting. I cannot wish this company well.

While I can't comment on the quality and effect of WildMint cosmetics, having not used them yet, I can say that, in my experience, the customer service is appalling in attitude. The cosmetic jars are unsealed and have simple screw tops. When my order arrived, one of the jars had leaked into the brown paper wrapping; the lid had detached during transit. To put it mildly, I felt interrogated by the detailed photographic requests that were demanded of me in order to be believed about the incident. I have complied with those requests, but I am left with a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. WhiteMint products are relatively cheap - but so is their customer service! There are far classier companies out there. Edited to respond to WildMint's comments: Among other things, your email requesting photographic evidence of the damage stated the following: "As the cream has leaked, there should be cream stains on the packaging as well as on the jar." Surprisingly (?) I took that as your questioning the veracity of my complaint. I suspect the prompt refund was related to my promise to submit appropriate feedback online.

The only skin care routine (for me) that actually works. The best thing I’ve ever tried and will use nothing else! Thank you Wild Mint 😊

I have been using Wild Mint cosmetics for some while and I do feel it has helped my mature skin I have more recently purchased Calm Balm for my 9 year old granddaughter who suffers with her skin and it to helps This Christmas I purchased skin care products for my teenage granddaughter and she is pleased with it So all round the products are good

Great product! Was sceptical at first but this stuff really works.

I'm in my 60s and have never had a skin regime before. The products are amazing and have encouraged me to practise a twice daily routine. I've had complents from colleagues saying my skin looks amazing. The company is excellent products arrive when expected and are well packaged.

Swift delivery, well packaged and the product is so lovely. It smells nice, feels good on my skin and also the redness on my face appears to be calmer.

Very nice natural products. I bought the fungal freedom for my toe nails and it smells nice and seems to have made my nails look slightly better so far (only been using it 4weeks) very happy with the product and would recommend to others to try their products out.

Used Fungal Freedom oil twice a day for 4 weeks. Absolutely zero improvement. Utter waste of money.

Great range, I have been using these regularly for several years and have become my favourite moisturiser and serum combo.

The products are high quality and really suit my skin. I've noticed a definite difference since I started using them. The website is easy to use. Delivery of products are efficient.

I am a regular customer after buying the 5 step routine many months ago. I now mix and match products depending on how my skin is. I have reactive sensitive skin with psorisis patches. Since using the cleanser, toner and facial oil my skin has not reacted badly and my psorisis has calmed down. Skin looks and feels nourished. Have also used the calm cleanse and calm balm when my skin feels particularly sensitive especially in cold weather. Would not use any other products on my skin. 100% trust Wildmint. Products are packaged beautifully and items arrive very promptly. Great work Wildmint.

Did nothing to help my skin, was worth a try, but will have to keep working with the prescribed ointment from the doctor
