Two engineers, Fraser and Thomas, came out to my property to deal with a tricky Velfac door issue after recent construction work on my roof. They worked tirelessly all morning to solve the issues. Now my doors work perfectly. Great professional service. Thank you guys.
In late 2017 we moved into a new house with Velfac windows and doors. 5 years later we were experiencing some issues with both windows and doors needing service/repair. The distributor appointed by Velfac to carry out the adjustments was Wescott Construction. A price for the work was agreed and the 2 engineers thought they would have their work cut out to complete in the day. However they worked speedily and efficiently, explaining what they had done and advising me on future maintenance I could carry out. We were most impressed by their caring courteous approach [disability issues] We would not hesitate in recommending this Firm to others for their quality & reliability.
Fantastic reliable company who installed our windows and also recommended other companies where it wasn’t their expertise. Kim is also incredibly proactive Would use them again!
As a small developer we always use Westcott Construction for our Velfac Window installation, they do a professional job on time. Enough said!

Very professional from start to finish. Our windows install has just completed and were very happy with work done by Westcott Construction. The attention to detail and care taken was exceptional.
