Avoid poor service

I strongly advise any business to avoid this company for any IT or telecom contracts. They are completely untrustworthy and operate in a fraudulent manner. From the very first month, expect endless back and forth due to contract errors and incorrect charges. You will spend months trying to get basic issues resolved. Once you think it's finally sorted, good luck getting hold of Customer Service or Credit Control—who, conveniently, are "in a meeting" every single time you call. I have spent months, even after the contract ended, trying to resolve extra charges that have been incorrectly invoiced for over three years, only for them to completely wash their hands of any responsibility after selling their customer base to another provider. They will use every possible tactic to avoid helping and ultimately tell you "it’s not our problem anymore." Avoid at all

Bucks Futsal Club Email Outage Support

Bucks Futsal Club is a small sporting organisation that his hugely dependant on their email to manage multiple teams & fixtures. The Team at Bluebell assisted when the business lost access to our domain and had an internet email outage. At short notice they got us back up and running, giving us sound advice resulting in switching us over to Microsoft 365. Even when there was issues at Microsoft resulting in a roll back of their latest update, the communication was clear & expectations were managed. Great service from the team.

Terrific support.

My old company laptop was beyond its use by date and Bluebell IT Solutions were asked to provide and set up the replacement. They were really impressive, a seamless interaction, friendly approach online and on the telephone, mostly with Khalid and Mohammed. They moved over all necessary files, cleaning up the duplicate files I had managed to store on the old machine. I would fully recommend the company for help and support 'with a smile'!

Called today by Hayley from Bluebell Cloud Solutions Ltd Company No: 10181383 in Northampton (part of the same group) given number 01604 954635, although we are TPS reg and have been for 25 years. Asked were she got our number from she said google and confirmed she was fully aware of the TPS and did not screen for the numbers. It is against the law to make sales calls TPS Reg number. Draw your own conclusion from the above. We do not deal with companies that break the law.

Excellent ongoing Service and expertise

Our company needed to urgently address our IT provisions when we were wanting to grow. I was keen to gain efficiency and save money on the many different providers we had for emails, office, security, document sharing & cloud storage. Bluebell advised we could cut almost 80% of these payments out and they could all fall under one subscription. Not only saving us money but made us become more efficient as a result saving me lots of headaches and countless hours solving staff IT issues. Ben and the team at Bluebell not only managed to tailor a package to our needs regarding IT support across our three offices, but also advised on cyber security for our company too. Working with Bluebell we’ve just obtained the Cyber Essentials Certification. Which is a benefit for our company and our clients. This is something we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to achieve.

5* IT Support

After years of "self IT management" we saw some rapid expansion with our IT requirements and quickly realised that although we weren't spending money on IT, we were eating into our staffs valuable time and in-effect indirectly paying for what was really a second rate service as we only knew the basics, or what Google would help us with! We took on Bluebell IT as our provider in 2023 and since then we have had nothing but stress-free IT! If something breaks or isn't working, Bluebell are on hand to diagnose and resolve the issue. Being a local business, on the rare occasion issues can't be sorted remotely the team are quickly on the road to help us in person. They have helped us upgrade hardware, software, implement top level security and data backup and much more. With Bluebell IT as our provider we rest easy knowing that should the worst happen, they are on hand to help and guide us through it.

Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Its so bad it feels like a scam company!! They will lie and tell you all sorts of stories to get you to sign. Be especially careful of a salesman called MJ who will lie and tell you there are 30 days cooling off when there isn't and also pretend to book in the install when he really hasn't. As soon as you sign they go quiet and the salesman becomes uncontactable. Customer service is completely incompetent and wouldn't even offer an apology for being given misinformation they just get snotty and send an invoice anyway. AVOID!!

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS - I was recommended to Bluebell by a friend. However my experience has not been polar opposite. The onboarding process was confusing due to personnel changes at the time of us coming on board (no fault of ours). The member of staff leaving the team after proposing all of the changes to out site causing mass confusion delaying in the work getting started, misunderstanding of what was going to happen. All the time never an apology just excuses to why it was our fault . The internet provided in our office is unable to support us as the strength is so weak. Despite voicing our concerns, we have had to add additional internet with another company in order for us to function as a business. When asking if we can leave the contract as it is unable to be used at all we have been footed with a £3.5K bill despite them being unable to provide the service that they have offered. I would avoid this company at all costs great sales tactics very poor performance.

We had a contract for multiple mobile…

We had a contract for multiple mobile phones. A cap on date as requested was not placed on one of the devices and over £300 was racked up in costs. When I requested a refund for this, the company delayed dealing with it for months and eventually offered me 50% refund for a mistake they had made. I refused and was ignored for months until recently when another staff member reached out for sales. when I mentioned the refund had not been paid I was told I had not requested a cap and when I showed proof I had done so I was told I should not have waited to "claw back" the refund. This company is not acting as an honest broker. I am now initiating a small claims court case against them.
