I have tried to contact Walrus Apparel…
I have tried to contact Walrus Apparel regarding an exchange of an order. I have contacted them twice on their ‘contact us page’, I have telephoned them and left a messages, I have also emailed the hem numerous times. Zero contact, do not order from them, you will not hear anything from them. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered two shirts on the 13th of…
I ordered two shirts on the 13th of October 2023 it’s now the 23rd and not heard a thing. I’ve sent a message had no reply & order status just says unfulfilled with no explanation nothing. Had no refund sent back so not happy!!!!

Really good service. When I ordered from Walrus I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. I called their customer service and they informed me they will refund one of the products. It was done within 10 mins and I had email confirmation straight away. So quick and impressive.
