Spam callers and Serial Stalkers

Spam callers. they WILL harrass your 30+ calls over a month and they won't take a hint when you ask them to remove your details. I'd honestly get them done for stalking and harassment at this point.

Great collaboration since 2018

I’ve been working with Vivid on a Belgium client project since 2018, and my experience has only been positive. Invoices have always been paid on time, and the communication with my agent has been excellent. I’ve had the same contact person since the start, and he has always been helpful and easy to work with. There was never any issue, and at the beginning they even supported me with the Belgian administration, which I really appreciated. After so many years without a single problem, I can honestly say Vivid is a reliable and supportive agency that I would gladly recommend.

Smooth and timely processing and helpful team

I am a freelancer (senior software engineer) based in Belgium, and have been working with Vivid for a few years now. I only have good things to say about Vivid. More important of all, the invoices are always paid on time 🙂 , and the people in the tech and admin staff and friendly and quick to help whenever a question arises. I would not say "when a problem arises" because I really haven't had any, at least none related to Vivid. I would definitely pick Vivid for my next professional adventure , or for my next team member, depending on which side I am on. Warmly recommended!

never again

I am 5years+ in contact with that company and never had a single interview with customer, of course no project too, even when i have been told every single time that i am the perfect candidate for the project. All they want is my CV, references and the names of projects i currently apply for. And all they do with these information is, that they call my references and the companys i do apply and try to sell their own people. So never ever again. Untrustworthy behavior. One star here is too much.

Not helpful, no response

These guys keep sending mails about opportunities, but try calling them and they will say the relevant guy is in a meeting and never responds to the calls or emails. I am skeptical of this firm. Highly irresponsible.

Vive Resourcing is a spam company. This company keep sending me email with Job Offers with a wrong name, never answer me back when I am providing feedback. I wrote a polite message to indicate the issue but no answer. My conclusion is that it is a fake company, spamming people's email.

Real or not?

Ive received many, many emails from several different 'names' within this agency. I dont know if they are real people or not! Emails regarding work in Europe and am I interested and they will call me. Well, theres no replies or calls from them and emails are not even opened as its easy to track this nowadays. Strange thing is the telephone number is in Germany and address in Glasgow!

Freelancers opgelet!!

Freelancers opgelet!! Ik wil mijn ervaring delen met Vivid resourcing. Ondanks dat het werk volledig is afgeleverd volgens afspraak en contract, weigeren zij al maandenlang de facturen te betalen. Herinneringen, aanmaningen, incassobureau's en zelfs deurwaarders hebben geen effect gehad. Dit is geen incident: online zijn er tientallen vergelijkbare ervaringen te vinden. Daarom raad ik mede freelancers aan om uiterste voorzichtigheid te betrachten bij samenwerking met dit bureau. Wie ook ervaringen heeft met Vivid resourcing neem gerust contact met me op. i'm working in cooperation with vivid for a customer. From my overall experience, i dont have anything bad to mention. payment usually comes weekly and communication is very good with my representative Francesco Miscio. Hope to continue working with Vivid in other projects in the future. Timesheet system and approval process is very good, i usually dont have to run after approvals like with other contractors where i have to ask the customer for signing and then send the timesheets in myself. i just input my times into the system and it gets approved by the customer, all over vivids system.
