False Promises and Fraud

Called them when they opened to order a part with overnight shipping, and they confirmed it would ship that day. Part did not ship, so I called to request cancellation, but they claimed the part had shipped. Even opened a case with FedEx to confirm FedEx did not have the shipment in their custody, only "label created". Vivid said they would cancel the order. Several days later, no cancellation, no refund, and no part. Turned it over to the bank after they blocked me from sending emails to their customer service email. Everything they have said to this point was a lie, shop elsewhere.

Unreliable and won’t stand behind products

I’ve ordered a few times from them. Every time there were issues. Items misrepresented, defective, and said to be in stock but ends up back ordered. This company is just a third party seller. All items are shipped from manufacturers or other companies. They also don’t stand behind their products or service and don’t own mistakes. It’s a gamble ordering from them every time.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I placed an order, the charge posted on my credit card, they cancelled my order and did not refund me!! I emailed and called over 10x within the span of a week and keep getting the run around or they hang up my phone call! Avoid this company at all costs!! Update to Vivid’s reply: I have an email from your customer service stating they finally found the charge and reversed it. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible shipping no real updates for…

Horrible shipping no real updates for your order. You wait a week there is no status change to your order so you call and call to be told they do not have an update then you finally cancel the order and magically the item has shipped. They are trying to be a drop ship company and do not have the integrations with their drop ship partners to give you real status updates on the parts you ordered. Not worth dealing with this reseller/drop shipper. I rather deal with someone like JEGs ordered the same suspension kit and it was on a carrier truck the next day with a valid tracking number.

Bad Customer service.

I placed an order and called and canceled it on the 18th of June 2025. I was assured it was canceled. They sent the part anyway. I called back on June 23-2025 and was informed it was not canceled because it was already shipped but I was not notified. The second person I talked to barely spoke English and was not very knowledgeable. This is terrible customer service.

After a week of it not showing up i had to email and ask what was going on, I was informed it was out of stock and I would b issues a return..now 20 days later I have no return in my account and they are still offering that grill as in stock online...SCAMMERS STAY AWAY...

All sales, ZERO service… avoid

Like most companies the sales department is fast and efficient. The minute you need service it’s apparent that they only care about one thing. They turned off google reviews to protect their rating since I imagine they’ve got nothing but terrible reviews. Avoid them at all costs.

Possible scam

Initially everything was going well and client service was great. Up until the moment I ordered over 1k dollars worth of Enkei Wheels. Since the order, the experience has been increasingly painful. Now they are not even returning my emails. I am really concerned I was scammed out of a considerable amount of money. I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY.

Bait and Switch

Did a Google search for bed slide for my truck. I searched it specifically with the model number. Vivid racing popped up at $999 and free shipping. I click on the link to purchase and they change the price to $1399 and want to charge $250 for shipping. I have spoken to their customer service and they don’t want to do anything about it.

Ordered weapon R manifold

Ordered weapon R manifold for car along with throttle gasket. Was sent same shipping with same item information for both. Recieved my gasket with no manifold. Emailing was useless as all I recieved was the same tracking numbers for both of the same exact package. Called and was told "Sorry it seems our shipping department made a mistake and also the email that was supposed to be sent to you was deleted from que as well"***. Then was told that they will not recieve my manifold from supplier untill September 21st. I placed the order march 19th mind you. So in otherwords had I not called they would have kept my money and I would have never got a notification for anything. 10/10 do not recommend and now im waiting to see if they refund my $700 back or will they forget to do that too. Not happy at all

Order placed, card charged, no product…

Ordered up a chromoly flywheel from Vivid Racing because their online price was the best. Order was immediately charged to my credit card. A couple weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I reach out. I get a response back that the part that I ordered is a special order, and was asked the question if I wanted them to order it at a cost of $70 more than what I paid to them online, with an additional $160 shipping charge. This is after I paid the original invoice. Vivid wouldn’t even honor their own price at the time the transaction took place. I am not sure what their game plan was, charge me and never ship what I ordered? This was my first and last experience with Vivid Racing. Take a few minutes and read their Terms and Conditions before you choose to do business with them. It would be difficult to writer a shadier terms and conditions policy. In the end it cost me a little over 2 weeks delay in my project. Abandoned the transaction with Vivid Racing. Now going to peruse the same part from a different retailer.

Just a warning for everyone

Just a warning for everyone. Don’t buy from Vivid Racing unless you want to spend a couple grand on some damaged and missing parts, poor customer service, and offered no solutions. I received $2300 of damaged exhaust. They left me hanging since 3/4 and then said I was out of luck for any help because I repaired a damaged pipe after a week of waiting. I did get a pdf of the instructions a week later. The owner, Dan, (boss@vividracing.) 😂 doesn’t even have the respect to reply to an email. He says I modified the exhaust which would imply I made changes from factory spec. I did not. I bought a pipe expander and repaired an exit. That’s a moot point because that’s not my current issue (it’s fixed). Dan offered to cover $17 of bolts / spacers to lower a brace for clearance. I wanted the correct hardware / undamaged. I wanted the $2300 worth of exhaust I paid him for. Vivid is for losers. Don’t be like Vivid.

Garbage

Garbage. Slow, inaccurate, part numbers don't match what's online. Prices don't match what's online. (They called to bill me extra for their mistake) sent me the wrong part anyway. Now hassling me about the return. Just save yourself the headache and go to the OEM.

Bought a helmet listed on their website only to find they didn’t have it nor was there one on this planet numerous calls numerous calls and emails. Was put on hold forever only to be passed over to another department to be put on hold again. Vivid cancelled my order BUT charged me for it anyway. BUYER BEWARE! I can spend money anywhere but I definitely know it will not be with vivid. They need to get some pointers from a professional company like revzilla or Dennis Kirk etc. I will not even go on their website again. Very very unprofessional company. If the item is listed on their website they should have or can get it for you. I was in contact with vivid for 3 days only to find they cancelled my order! NOT COOL. I hope people read this and believe what I had to write here. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID!😡😡😡😡😡

Zero communication; Scammy...

Terrible customer service. No tracking given. Nobody answers email. After waiting ten days I had to call to find out that my part was discontinued...No email or call to notify me of this (why was it listed on the site to begin with?). Do not recommend. Likely a scam company.

Braille Battery did not stand by their…

Braille Battery did not stand by their battery. Very expensive battery for my Road Glide. Did not last a year. Did a jumpstart with an lithium battery jump starter that is specifically made for lithium batteries. Vivid Racing knew beforehand via email correspondence that the battery was no good before the jumpstart. If I need to pursue legal means to get some resolution that will be my next recourse because of the principal when buy a quality item the expectations is that performs as advertise.

Terrible customer service

I bought a scorpion exo helmet, which retailed for $304 for $100 new. 2 days go by and i called to ask when my order woild be shipped and be expected to arrive as I had a motorcycle class within the week and the CS person told me it was cancelled tmdue to it not being in stock. I had cancelled my other order on Amazon because of the deal. I get it… they didnt have it in stock, understandable, it happens. I asked how they would rectify the situation. He offered me a full refund lmao… i was like can i get a discount on another helmet? Dude gave me an option for another exo with 10% off. What a slap in the face, from 66% off on my initial order to that was crazy… i asked to speak to a manager on several occasions with no luck. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering from here.

"BEWARE" My Son 16 year old Son spent $4,300 (He worked 2 summers to make that money) for wheels, springs and lugnuts, they sent the wrong color on one of the items and will not take it back but they will sell him the correct color item for full price and a discount for their mistake and take $9.00 off, "WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE" I talked to the sales person first then his Manager and then the owner, I told them it was not our mistake on the color, I have the whole conversation recorded and they also have the conversation recorded and said we did order red color not the blue color that they sent, once you get sent a order and it's wrong they will not make it right but they will sell you the correct one for full price. I highly recommend you buy somewhere else, I should have did my search looking for all the reviews online and not on their website then you will see what kind of business your dealing with, Like I said I talked to the salesmen to Manager and then to the Owner and they will still stick it to you even if your 16 years old. "UPDATE"---"UPDATE"---"UPDATE"---"UPDATE"---"UPDATE"---"UPDATE" when Rey (Business OWNER) responded to my review says they will replace it at their costs (MEANS) I paid $199 for the lugnuts and their costs is $190 thats only $9.00 off, VIVID RACING IS A JOKE. and I still paid $199 + TAX for the first set, that means my 16 year old Son will have $400 of LUGNUTS. You fathers out there please ":BEWARE" if they make a mistake on your order and it's for your Son or Daughter plan on spending your hard earned cash to buy the correct parts.

Vivid racing, beware, they are not honest

Ordered two parts, one large and one small. The large part was not in stock and back ordered, so I canceled that item. The small part($4) was shipped and I was charged the original shipping cost so the $4 part ended up costing me $35. What a horrible company to deal with.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible, double charged me for shipping and then sent a defective item. No willingness to remedy the situation, I would steer clear of these guys.

Great customer service

Couldn't find anywhere else to leave a review (like Google or their website) so figured I'd leave one here. They had helped me with some parts for a vehicle several years back and were helpful. But just recently I needed to find the invoice/breakdown of one of my purchases from back then, which was slightly over 4 years ago. I emailed Chris, which was the only record of communication that was still saved in my inbox. Not only did he get back to me with the info I needed, but did so within less than an hour of me emailing him. Just wanted to give props to their customer service!
